Stylish Dhurrie rug!
I purchased a 3x5 Safavieh handmade flatweave Dhurrie Shirleen modern wool rug in dark grey. The rug adds a pop of style to my kitchen and is great quality.
Love it!
I have had this in my living room for a month now, and my whole family likes it. It is thin, as dhurrie rugs are supposed to be. I wanted that, so it would be easy to pick up and move for cleaning etc. I bought a 1/2 inch felt rug pad to go underneath it, and that makes it about the same cushion level as a tufted wool rug. My kids’ friends have tracked mud in on it a couple times already, and I just got a wet rag and scrubbed it and it came right up. I use my dirt devil stick vacuum on it.
