I have owned this rug for five years now, and it is in great condition! The pattern is versatile and it’s easy to clean. I’ve had this in my living room followed by my guest bedroom and it’s been through it all. Children, visitors, pets, and the cream color is still vibrant. Highly recommend!

4+ years and still holding up!

I have had this area rug in my dining area for 4+ years. It looks as good as the day I unrolled it! I have 2 miniature dachshunds that are a bit rough when they play (running laps, scratching the rug, having too much fun and forget to run to the door to go potty!). No problems with this area rug! No loose threads from dog nails and accidents clean up easily! Vacuums nicely. I use my steam mop to deep clean it and it works beautifully. Because of the durability, I bought another one in a different color. It's a great rug!

Not the quality expected

We purchased the 8x11 rug in black & white. Although the pattern is exactly what we were looking for, it came extremely creased and had accordian-type folds in it. It's a fairly thin rug with a jute backing and the jute does not show any signs of flattening out even after almost 10 days. We have stopped using the room because we keep tripping over it. Not a quality I was expecting for the price. To return it will cost us $** plus packaging which I'm not willing to spend. We're now stuck with something we cannot use. Very unfortunate.

Colorful and Modern

I ordered the "light multi" pattern in a large size for our new living room. I searched for a long time for a living room carpet since it really has a big impact on the feeling of the room. I like this rug's geometric pattern and that it has a variety of colors, making matching other furniture pretty flexible. I like that it is not entirely white - the base is a mix of light gray and white, which was important to me to hide any potential stains or occasional dirt. The colors are bright and cheerful, and the pattern is regular but not too uniform to be boring. I would recommend getting a rug pad as the pile is not super tall, but the shorter pile is helpful for cleaning and allergy concerns.

disappointing!

looks good on photos but in reality it looks very cheap and low quality. i was very disappointed when i received mine, which also had stains and looked used and returned. i cleaned the stains and desided to keep it since i had ordered 10 x 14 and it was a struggle to handle this large rug. also, the off white color is rather a dirty looking cream color. it just looks like it's been used for a long time and dirty. even after several weeks it didn't straighten out. i gave it away to my niece after several months now. she's just starting out and happy with a free rug. it just didn't look and feel right in my home. safe your money and rather spend a little more for quality.

This rug is a lot better looking in person than in the web picture. Their pictures really doesn't do justice for the item. The colors are vibrant and just about match with anything on your decor. I'm real picky so I notice few little things that you probably will not. Some triangles colors were little faded but honestly not that noticeable since the rug is so colorful. My little Poodle loves the rug as well. I also love the price, by the time I finish using my discount I pay less than $25.00. I have been purchasing from Overstock for years for my daughter home as well. You have to love Overstock they always come through for me and my clients.

Excellent price for the quality

I was super concerned about the quality of this rug because I am a rug snob! I just recently threw away a very expensive west elm rug because the wool was too much to deal with and we didn't feel like it could get clean enough, high pile problems! So I figured I would order something as kind of an in between rug that wasn't too expensive and just worked for our space for about a year or so. I was pleasantly surprised to see just how nice this rug looks in person. We actually really love that it is fairly thin and feels like it really gets clean when we vacuum it. I've already gotten a couple things on it and they come off very easily plus I bought some carpet cleaning spray just to be sure before the item arrived. I truly think that this is going to be around longer than just an in between rug as long as it holds up But so far so good! You cannot beat the price on this rug and it is super cute, a style you see everywhere these days but this pattern is subtle enough and is not printed. I do not like printed rugs and think they seem kind of cheap so I was happy to see that this rug was not printed. The pattern is not too overwhelming and the color is beautiful, just right, really.

Low pile, easy to clean,chic,durable

Love love love THIS rug. We've had it over a year now in our living room with 4 children under 5 years old (so lots of spills and muddy shoes and it's still going strong!) It's thin but that's what I wanted so it's easy to spot clean, I've spilled coffee, apple juice, it's been colored on with hot pink chalk, you name it, it's happened. The cream and grey pattern is still lovely. Great for houses with high traffic, kids, and pets. A year later we bought a second one same pattern, dark blue color for our new baby nursery, because we love this durable rug so much. All our floors are painted concrete so we need the rugs for sound absorption but we also live in an area with sandy soil so needed to be able to vacuum easily. Love these rugs.

Very frustrated w/ shipping & customer service

I have two of these rugs. The first one I got several years ago and it has been great. I just ordered another one in December and it arrived all folded up instead of rolled. Because it was folded, it had A LOT of creases in it. I have been putting books and other heavy objects on it for a month and half, desperate to not have to go through the hassle to return it. The creases are still very bad and it had become a tripping hazard in my son's room. The only reason I am giving it one star is because of the customer service. I called to tell them the whole story and they said because it was over the return time, they could do nothing, except give me $** credit. I told them I have tried to do everything to flatten the rug, and I would even send it back, but that I would really love to get a new one that is rolled instead of folded for shipping. They said that they would not do that. I am very disappointed that Overstock would not credit me or even honor the return when I tried to keep the rug and it is a tripping hazard. Nice rug, but I would expect better customer service because its not like I just changed my mind!
