Scratches on the table head.

The table is nice, but two of the angles were already broken, and there are too many scratches on the table head, which makes the table less attractive. I need compensation because of the errors in the table.

Poor qualty

Half of pieces were w/o numbers, making assembly confusing. Screws did not hold in plywood interior (which was crumbly). Drawer immediately came apart, had to fix with L brackets. Drawer doesn't close due to interior screws/rail construction. Plastic pieces broke during assembly. Terrible.

Hard to put together

Disappointed in this desk. Very cheaply made. Very hard to put together. Still can’t get either drawer to close properly. They both get stuck and are basically useless. Unfortunately too much hassle to send back.

Not recommending

Not sturdy. Hard to assemble . Still can’t fix the cupboard

Sauder Desk VG Value

Just finished assembling this Sauder desk. It took me about 4-5 hrs, but all the holes lined up and all the needed parts were in the box. I did have to drill a few screw holes for mounting the keyboard drawer and cabinet door hardware hinges, but easy to line it up to drill the holes. Overall a Very good, functional, nice quality looking desk for the price. Good for a student or as a back room, kitchen area desk.

Good for the price

A bit of a tedious assembly that took a few hours and a few items weren’t labeled at all but with the included instruction manual, figuring the pieces out myself wasn’t too hard. Once finished it felt nice and sturdy and fit two desktop monitors well. Has convenient holes to run wires through in inconspicuous places and the shelf in the cabinet has an adjustable height. Good piece for the price, just make sure to have a drill handy.

Nice looking desk. Some of my pieces were broken and did not inspected them before putting it together, It’s worth what you pay it isn’t great but it will work in the meanwhile. Not as sturdy

The worst desk ever

On the product specification, it is mentioned that it is very easy to assemble. But, when I started to assemble this product, I stopped in Step 3 and after that it was impossible to assemble it as the pieces didn't fit together well, and there were no marks where to insert the screws. After wasting several hours on assembling it, I decided to return it and returned it to the Home Depot store just one day after buying this product. I do not recommend this product at all.

the only that prevented a 5 star was some missing pieces but found an alternative at a local hardware store and good to go! cute desk! a bit heavy which is good makes it sturdy...

Unhappy customer

Bought this desk for my daughter, she was super excited to get it that we just had to put it together the same day. Unfortunately, hinges didn’t line up and door looks terrible, top piece came damaged in the front right corner so extremely noticeable and the plastic piece that came to put the bottom piece under the door snapped. With prices climbing on just about everything making a larger purchase like this isn’t always easy and to then have it come damaged is so disappointing. Think twice before purchasing.

Nice looking but not very comfortable as a desk

The door didn't align perfectly but still works and looks nice. For a desk, I find it uncomfortable, is somewhat restrictive.

Not worth it if paying full price.

If you are thinking of paying full price, please DON'T. The product is not made of real wood. The surface gets easily damaged when it comes in contact with water.

Solid desk, nice quality, easy to put together. There weren't any pilot holes drilled into the keyboard door or cabinet door so I put some in to make it easier to screw the cabinet hinges into them. The keyboard drawer doesn't slide as nicely as the drawer. Maybe that's by design so you don't accidentally push it in while typing? Not sure, other than that a solid piece of furniture at a great price. The drawer and cabinet are great for storing my items. The desk top is wide enough for my two 26" monitors side by side which is what I needed.

Perfect for my needs and working from home. Holds two large monitors nicely. It wasn’t difficult putting together ( took about three hours total, but we took our time ). Sturdy, looks great and works well. Definitely recommend this computer desk.
