Great Value for Super Comfortable Chairs

These chairs are super comfortable, look terffic and assembly was very easy. They are a great value and arrived 2 days earlier than actually scheduled.

Very nice and heavy

Shipping was horrible. I recurved my order not in the original box. It was repacked in a FedEx box. So it was all stacked on top of the cushions which smashed them. Also was missing the two stabilizing bars that go across the back of the legs. Need those!! I’d hate to have to take them back apart and send them back.

Put together, they are keepers

Received it on-time. Well packaged. No damage. It seems to assemble and I was able to figure it out. However, some screws needed my husbands strength as the screws apparently are coated and are tight. When I got to putting together the table, the screws were too short also. So I went to Lowes and bought the right length. The diagram showing what screws to use is all wrong. It labels the wrench as the screws. Others than that, the chairs are big, heavy, and comfy. I got past the screw issue and I like them.

Ok, chairs

Chairs were easy to assemble. One of the seat back cushions was coming apart from the seam. I could sew it back, but since I knew I was replacing the cushions for something else anyway it didn't matter too much. If I did have any complaint, if I was keeping the cushions I would have wanted them to be stuffed a little bit more. They are slightly thin, escpecially the back cushions are not stuffed enough. So far the chair frames have been outside in the weather and I have not notice any rust from the rain and morning dew.

Three left arms and one right!!!

The set came with 3 left sides and one right. Trying to contact the company but it’s been a few months since I bought it. The quality is good if the parts were right.

A lovely set!

This is a beautiful, substantial and sturdy set. Needs to be put together, but that's OK for the price. One of the arms had a dent in it, but I didn't do anything about it because I noticed it once the chair was nearly fully assembled. Oh well.

Not happy with cushions at all.

The patio set was beautiful sturdy furniture. Assembled fairly good. However the cushions left a lot to be desired. The cushions are not blue as stated, a lot of dust and dirt on them, and permanent indentations from the packaging. N The box had several holes in it and the tape barely held it together. Not happy with cushions at all. Would not recommend if looking for blue cushions.

This chair set is perfect and the price is great. The cushion description says red, but choose according to the picture, which is a rust color. Love the C-spring option. Quickly delivery.

Looks great and very confortable

Beautiful and functional

These chairs and side table far exceeded the beauty and functionality of pictured website. They were easy to assemble and the instructions were understandable. The parts were complete, the two sizes of included mm hex key were a bonus. They were long and had the ball end for turning in awkward places. The cushions were thick and the material well suited for outdoor use. All parts were labeled for quick assembly. Two persons had completed assembly in 78 minutes. That was from opening box to disposal of packaging. The packaging was very adequate no damage in shipment. My order arrived at the promised date.

Perfect Outdoor Set

Loved everything about this set and the sellers. We had a minor issue with putting the table together and one of the cushions, the SUNCROWN resolved it perfectly and so very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful, comfy, and a solid rock to them. They’re heavy and feel a lot more expensive. I’m going to buy chair covers for them just for extra protection.
