Very beautiful pergola. After looking for 3 long months and debating whether or not I should spend the extra money for a wood version, I am very happy I went with this one. My husband and I were able to put this together in about 4.5 hours with moderate level effort. It’s very heavy as well. The box it came in said about 240 lbs. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of materials and readability of the directions included. This pergola is so beautiful!

The quality of this product is excellent. The assembly instructions are not adequate. A couple of labels identifying the front of the Pergola would have be very helpful.

It is exactly what I needed on my back patio. It was pretty easy to put together. You do need at least 2 people. It's sturdy and has held up to some pretty stiff winds. I like that the canopy is removable. I did have to drill some holes in the base posts as there were some missing.

RUSTY GARBAGE

This will rust out in the first year - buyer beware. Ours lasted 3 years before we were done with the rusty water dripping and ruining the concrete and cushions. DO NOT BUY

Nice look but rusting within a month

Love the looks and the shade it gives but it's pretty cheap quality for what I paid. It's already rusting and the wind snapped one of the shade handles. I have it duck taped but you can tell it's still bowed in

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our Sunjoy pergola. It was easy to assemble. It looks beautiful. It also does a great job keeping the sun off of us while we sit on our deck. Honestly, it has a really exceeded our expectations when it comes to quality and practicality. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I had hired Alex Castro from Home Depot to install the pergola. Expensive! I like the pergola, standing in my patio. I bought the right size. It stands at the center. I like the materials made of steel. I'm satisfied.

One of the vertical posts is damaged and the box it was transported in was damaged as well.

All parts included. My wife and I erected the pergola and I bolted it down to our deck. The nails that were included may be okay but we have gusty wind.

It's a really nice looking pergola, however I noticed that it started dripping some rust colored water after it rained. I'm hoping this was just some residue on the inside of the metal that will wash out after a few rain showers.

Bad delicery

Haven’t put together yet but had same gazebo earlier model before and it was great. The problem was delivery, they left it on driveway blocking my car in garage until I could get help moving a very heavy box. No knock on door to ask if where to leave it. Bad delivery service. Two strong men could only drag it and barely.

A lovely rig. Wish the sunshade could roll up on either side rather than just slide. Might want to caulk some holes when building as the rust streamers will appear. Still an overall nice looking product leading our neighbours to believe we are rich !

We did love it! But if you have any really bad wind storms, the legs can get warped

We love this pergola! The retractable cover gave us privacy from our neighbors. Super cozy.

Great product, however, the installation required drilling additional holes that were not present (and should have been based on directions), seems like a quality control issue at the manufacturer.
