Gorgeous structure. Well designed with robust and sturdy materials. Easy to assemble with a minimum of 2 people and 2 ladders.

PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED WITH HOLES IN ROOF PANELS. RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE.

Just right!

It’s big and just what I wanted. Easy to assemble.

It took 3 weeks to be delivered and came damaged with parts missing. Now they will not send us the parts that are missing. Lowe's and the manufacturer have been extremely difficult to work with.

Great Gazebo

First. I am glad that I read the reviews especially the negative ones so I could see for myself if the problems are systemic for this product. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product, and it looks great.

Excellent quality that’s built to last!

We installed our beautiful gazebo from Sun Joy last spring. It was a very welcomed addition to our farmhouse. We spent many hours underneath it during the summer months enjoying time with family and friends.

We’re very pleased with this gazebo. We get a lot of wind in our backyard, and so far all is well. Assembly was detailed, packaged well and all parts were separated and well labeled. Ensure you follow the directions in order written. There’s a reason for them.would buy again.

Totally awesome

We love this gazebo and the 2 guys that were sent through handy did a beautifully professional job.

3 of the 4 support posts are completely damaged with dents and peeling. They look like they were dropped from a cliff and then boxed up. Several other parts are bent severely and scratched. The box looks like it had a horrible shipping experience as well. Probably why the parts are all damaged!

Purchased 2 units. Delivery was a bit slow but were very helpful and kept me up to date on status. It is at least at 3 person install. But went up fairly easy and looks great.

Follow the instructions don't cut corners.

Dreamy. Was a great family project. Well organized and packaged. Held up to several storms without any trouble. A great purchase.
