Check the finish before assembling.

I love the design and was anxious to set it up and use it this fall. It comes in three pieces and is easy to assemble but two of the pieces had a matte finish and one had a satin finish so I am returning it. I will reorder once to see if this was a fluke but it was disappointing.

4.5 Star Experience

I bought this to use on my screened porch. Would rate as a 4.5 experience. Looks exactly like the product pictures, quick and easy to assemble, and very nice looking. The base stays cool and the wood storage area is nice. The actual fire pit is on the small side so you will need appropriately sized wood. Doesn't give off much heat( if you're more than four feet away in an open area you won't feel it), but I consider this almost a plus as it means I don't have to worry as much about it damaging it's surroundings. Would recommend adding a screen to the top to catch ash though. The disappointing thing is that it's pretty much impossible to empty ash tray without spilling on wood storage area. So that loses half a star, but otherwise very nice.

Customer service was excellent. I was not sure how to unpack / put together. They were very helpful and responded quickly. The cover comes with Chiminea. I love my new addition to my backyard.

Form over function

It was delivered in a smaller box and there are 3 sections you have to connect. Fairly straightforward except that it came pretty dinged up and scratched. Don’t expect much from the quality of the welding.

It's the hit if the neighborhood.
