Beautiful Set

This truly is a beautiful set and it was very disappointed that it didn't work for me. Unfortunately, there were a couple of cracks in the chairs so I had to return it. Other than that, it was so pretty.

This is just ok. The base has tiny screws to hold it together and they don't do a very good job and the stain has come off onto my cement patio. This is supposed to be outdoor furniture so you would think they would use a better sealant. That being said it has held up real well to the high winds here in Nebraska.

Cheaply Made for Safavieh

I have stopped thinking this is a dependable name. You get what you pay for in this set and it is CHEAP. The finish is off, the construction is poor and the seat broke sitting on it the first time. Trying to get a replacement seat has been a nightmare. I do not recommend this product at all.

The item seems sturdy but the wood has many scuff marks and scratches. A number of drill holes did not match up. As mentioned by other reviewers the instructions are a little vague but after the first chair it was easy. The chairs seem huge but comfortable.

This product I never got around to unpacking because of the weather. So I unpacked it a month after it arrived (Service won't help after 30 days so I am stuck with it). The wood came very dried out (was packaged in 2020 it said on the box), cracked in more than one spot on the legs and handles of the chairs. Splinters off the handrails. Not recommended. It might last a year before the chairs are unsafe.

I ordered white and set is not white, but white washed, looks like gray. I plan to paint it white. also not very stable after put together. table moves and sways with normal leaning and seats the same. I am disappointed. overall cute set but seems unsteady and color is not white.

The picture clearly shows a white set. This product was not even close to white. It was a white washed, drab color and even looked dirty. I was extremely disappointed as we needed a white set to match the other furniture. The return was handled well though this set was not as advertised.

Easy to assemble and sturdy construction

Beach bar set

Some damage on box and appeared to have been retapped. Chair parts were held together loosely by thin material. Foam was broken inside carton and the package of screws was broken open and loose screws laying all over inside box. Chairs were cracked, rough finished, and had a greenish looking stain on some pieces. It will not wash off. I've had to begin to glue broken parts, sand the entire set because the finish is so rough. I've just purchased four cans of spray paint to try to make this set look like it's pictured. BTW instructions say 30 mins to assemble. A most laughable statement. For most customers it will take two people and possible an hour plus. This box is huge, and will not fit in most cars. SUV YES. It was delivered by one driver by FedEx that struggled to get it to the door. It weighs appx 89 lbs. I can't carry it back for a refund so stuck with trying to re-glue parts and refinish it. It will probably look nice after all our work. Not from factory. Terrible inspection process at factory. Happy for persons that had better luck. Seeing their pics it's possible some got lucky!

Beautiful set! It's really high and the chairs are enormous, but I love the height and it's comfy. We got the gray set with beige and aqua cushions, although it's a stretch to call the seat cushions beige -- more like off white. Regardless, the set has a cool, tropical vibe., well made, no damage at all, and we love it.

Love the look of the patio set but the instructions were horrible. Nothing was labeled. It felt like I was building Ikea furniture. Also, it takes way more than 30 minutes and requires two people.

This set is excellent quality. The package was easy to assemble with good directions, and is holding up well in an outdoor environment. The cushions wipe clean easily .

Like the set. We have put a water sealant on it since it is outside in direct sun and was starting to crack and dry out. The sealant has helped and it seems to be holding up well.

This set looked great and was easy to assemble, but the chairs were very tall and somewhat difficult to get into, also very wide seats, so took up a lot of room on the deck.

Beautiful once we painted it

Pros: Really nice, solid and sturdy construction once assembled. Cushions appear to be good quality but will see how they hold up in the long run.

Tall Table and chairs are great. There are a few dings on the table as we took the parts out of the box, and one small crack in the arm of a chair which was easily fixed with wood glue. We really like the look and comfort of the tall chairs on our deck!
