strong smell ...

pillow has very strong chemical smell ... so strong we can smell it on another floor of the house ... plan for it or buy a different pillow

Great pillow!

Ordered this same pillow about 8 years ago but left it at a hotel. I'm really sad. The new one is good but not quite the same as my other one.

I recently hesitantly purchased this pillow and I’m glad I did. So different from what I’m used to but I love the coolness and the height of the pillow. Now my husband wants one!

Great for TMJ sufferers

Best pillow ever for TMJ pain and teeth grinders. Woke up with zero pain the past two mornings because of this delightful pillow. It’s supportive to keep my spine aligned but with enough give to not cause pressure on my jaw and face - I’m a side sleeper.

Cool as a Cucumber

I really loved the cooling gel foam pillow I ordered. Great quality and very cooling. My only complaint is the shipping took way longer than I was told.

Perfect for back and side sleepers

It's perfect. I sleep on my back and side. It's not too tall when I sleep on my back, and it's tall enough to offer support when I sleep on my side. I tried the Hotel Collection pillow because it had 5-star reviews, but it was too tall for me, especially when I sleep on my back. It left me propped up 30-45 degrees to my body. I also bought a Sealy foam pillow. I like it too for the same reasons I like the Ella Jayne.

Good Cooling pillow

So far this pillow is great. It actually get COLDER as you lay on it to a certain point. I do feel it is not working as effectively now a few weeks in from the first couple of nights.

This is a perfect pillow for people with neck and upper back pain. This really helped my dad with his sleep issues due to his neck and shoulder pain. Definitely recommended

Excellent pillow

The pillow is absolutely wonderful. It provides excellent support and pain relief from my cervical sponylosis. It has allowed me to sleep on my back and get restful sleep after years of trying a lot of other pillows.

Totally worth the money!

I bought this as a gift, and awesome!! I wish I bought one for me at the time, now I have to wait. I wasn't sure if it would be worth $$ for a pillow, bit it's worth every dime if you get warm in your sleep! The cooling side stays cold, even in a pillowcase! Can't wait until they get back in stock, I can't find this exact one anywhere else!
