Perfect size, and it doesn't rust!

This is a perfect size for a small counter space. I had a similar one but without the protective coating on the bottom of the rack and it rusted. This will protect the bottom of the rack from water/rusting and will last a very long time - it's exactly what I needed!

Damaged on arrival

Item was shipped in a flimsy cardboard box and with no inside cushioning. The silverware constainer had a crack all the way down one side. I returned it. Very disappointed.

Very nice product, but didn't fit my sink

Good quality but doesn’t quite fit

Oddly this looks just my old one that is rusted. Unfortunately it doesn’t fit the sink well- it’s slightly larger than the one I had. It goes in but does go down into it all the way.

Dish Rack

Silverware holder was damaged. The box was damaged. UPS was not careful with the merchandise at all. The guy who delivered it was very nice and I don’t think he caused the damage. I repaired the silverware container the best I could. I like the drainer itself. It is very nice. I think the UPS company could have been a lot more careful.

This didn’t fit in my kitchen sink as I had planned. Returned item immediately. Returns are easy to arrange.

Perfect solution to what I needed at my small house. The coating at the bottom adds a nice touch.

Wrong Color

It was there right size but a different color. Ordered red, came in turquoise. Decided to keep rather than go through the hassle of returning though disappointing.

One small suggestion.....

Very nice dish drainer that was a little update for my kitchen. The only suggestion I have would to be provide better separators in the silverware caddy. As it is currently designed, the shorter utensils fall to the bottom of the caddy and must be fished out rather than being able to grab them by the handful to remove them once dried.
