Serves its purpose

I needed a very flat rug for my entry way and I decided this would do, especially with the rubberized backing that was advertised. It has arrived and it is just ok. As the heading suggests, it does the job. For anyone wondering, it’s a flat printed mat. Not a woven rug with a pile. I think it photographs better than it looks, as it looks like it’s woven in the pics. But it really does what it needs to do. If not for the price when I bought it, this would definitely be a 2 star. The backing doesn’t keep it in place AT ALL as it’s so lightweight in the 3x5 size so I had to buy some rug grippers to keep it in place on the corners. Those work and the rug does not interfere with my front door, which was all I was really looking for. So if you are just wanting a cheap and somewhat stylish option, this does do the trick, but unless it’s under furniture, a rug pad will be needed. But if I had more space between the door and the floor, this would literally be my last choice.

Nice design, but I didn't expect it to have such a flat texture. Additionally, the back that is advertised to be slip resistant still slips rather easily
