I was very impressed with the quality and the care of the shipping with this rug. Honestly I purchased it because of the cheap price definitely $100 cheaper than others in the same size but the quality of this rug can’t be beat, it’s amazing, the company took extra methods for shipping to make sure the edges didn’t get messed up during the process. All around great experience with item and company

I’ve ordered three times and three separate orders. Every single order from this company is WRONG!! Don’t bother ordering if you need a rug in a timely fashion, it takes 3 tries and over a month to remotely get the correct rug sent to you. What a joke.

Pretty but does not hold up

I bought this rug recently and it was pretty coming out of the package. With in a few weeks it got ridged lines in it, looks old and worn out and getting thin in the ridged up area. It is not in a high traffic area but it does get vacuumed daily. It is very thin. I was fine with it being thin since it made it easier to move around. The quality for it being durable is just not there. If I had put it in the foyer instead of the dining room it probably would already been failing apart in a few weeks of owning it.

The rug is rather thin and wrinkled, even after I have attempted to steam clean it. I am not sure that I will be able to keep it in the room that it was purchased for because the edges continue to roll up. A bit of a frustrating purchase.

Not as pictured and bad odor

This rug shows a pretty blue center but the one that I received had black throughout the middle. Ugly and smelled awful.Took it back to my local Lowes store and got a refund. Picked out another rug, that I like. This one too had a horrible petroleum odor. Airing out my house now.

Does not look like the picture .. large but thin . I’m not a fan of it .

Everyone that sees this rug likes it and it vacuums very easily and looks great again. We have dogs that leave more than plenty of hair on it. Just really like it and am more than satisfied with the price.

The only thing I dislike is that it doesn't lay flat to the floor

I am still trying to get out the wrinkles. It would of helped to have a cardboard roller inside for shipment. Also rug should be shipping in a box, not just some clear wrapping. The package was pretty beat up once they finally delivered it.

Nice design in shades of brown.Extremely wrinkled.Bought stickers for wood floor but I dont know how or when it will ever lay flat.Concerned for my brother in law age 74 tripping and falling!
