Arrived Damaged and Customer Service Number is disconnected

The interior mirror is chipped on 2 corners. There is a paper inside that's says "Do not return to store" it has a phone number provided but upon calling, the phone number is inactive or disconnected. This is unacceptable for the price of this product. I do not recommend purchasing this medicine cabinet.

Here's the Rough Opening Information

Since it took a few days to get this medicine cabinet, my contractor wanted the rough opening information which was nowhere to be found. I tried contacting TaiMei, but it's such a small company that there doesn't seem to be web presence. Here's the info for you guys now that I have the instruction manual in front of me.

Just know that you have to assemble it yourself. It's not that hard to put it together. I'm uploading a photo from the instruction booklet that mentions rough opening.
