Heavy Duty Faucet
This Hansgrohe faucet is a heavy, quality faucet. We have 2 others that are similar.
The faucet is great and very easy to install but...
The faucet is great and very easy to install but it did not come with an aerator and Home depot was very unhelpful. All they did was call the manufacturer on a weekend and tell me they were closed. Nothing further or follow up support. I ordered the missing part from a different retailer. Disappointing customer service from HD but the faucet is good. Assume it will be great with an aerator.

It came in with great package, no scratches or dents. The design is sleek and modern, is exactly what I am looking for. The only thing is the model is not with pop up drain but with a stick to operate

Put in it about 2 years ago. Install was easy. Been a joy to use: high quality faucet with easy controls. Designed well, looks great, easy to keep clean, no gunk around the base finding its way under as it very common with cheaper faucets. Water is hard, but didn't need to clean the aerator despite multiple uses daily. Absolutely love it.

Really like the faucet, clean and simple in the chrome. Overstock messed up and sent me the wrong faucets, but quickly shipped out the correct ones after I contacted them. a bit of a hassle but worth getting the right ones. Heavy duty and easy to keep clean. Highly recommend over anything purchased at a box store.

Very easy to install, the attached/supplied hoses are plenty long enough, the finish seem to be durable and easy to clean. This design has the pop-up lever off to the right side a bit which makes it more functional than other faucets like this one that had it in the back, Over all seems to be a good deal a on a high quality faucet.

Just installed by contractor on bath remodeling. It looks simple, modern, handsome and the handle is easy and smooth to turn on/off. The aerated water is nice and won't splash everywhere when washing hand. The sprout reach is medium and just slighly shorter than Focus version. Contractor mounted it 2.5" from the undermount sink edge and it works well. Highly recommended.
*Revised from 5 to 3 stars description is wrong, DRAIN IS PULL LEVER< NOT POP UP. wow, very please with this faucet,it is heavy and well built. It was very simple to install and a great value since the pop up drain is included. Excellent brushed nickel finish blends with that of other brand i have in my shower. Would definitely order this brand again.
