Low profile with clean lines.

Great product. We bought it for the low profile as it's against the bar level of our counter and also loved the clean lines of the design. Were a little concerned about the weighted hose in lieu of our old spring wrapped one but there has been no problem, in fact it's a much smoother retaction of the spray head.

Nice faucet … manufacturer assembly was incorrect with the hot and cold lines backwards, so we had to install twice! Not fun!! Water pressure sucks, but that’s probably a compliance thing and not their fault.

Beware of warranty

The warranty is not really cover the parts. Mine is leaking and i called. They said "oh thats wear and tear so you have to buy the part". I said, is leaking under and i dont wear and tear this - its a faucet.

Works beautifully. So elegant a company (Hansgrohe). I was delighted to find it on Wayfair.

The handle is not good quality, plastic sprayed with chrome. In order to turn off the spray you have to turn water off. Great design. Poor quality.

“Limited Lifetime Warranty” more “Limited” than “Lifetime”…

This faucet worked well until the internal, unrepairable connection inside failed. This unit failed after 10 years of light use, damaging our apartment and the neighbors’ below. Hansgrohe refuses to stand by their warranty, only offering to sell us a new unit at full price! This is almost $1000, and no customer support offered whatsoever! Our previous Moen unit lasted 20 years, and never failed. I am sorry we replaced it with this Hansgrohe to update our kitchen! “Style over reliability” must be their motto. I told our contractor company to never spec Hansgrohe on future installations. Lesson hard learned…

Very attractive kitchen faucet

This kitchen faucet is very attractive, has a nice finish and works well. There are two reasons why I didn't give it a 5 star rating. One, when you turn on the water, the water comes out in a single flow, and you push a button on the top to get to the spray. But in order to go back to a single water flow, you have to turn off the faucet and then turn it back on. Two, it must have a flow restrictor in it as the water flow is very weak unless you turn on the spray - this may be a legal requirement for environmental water saving issues.

Issue with sprayer after 3 years of use

I bought this faucet as part of a kitchen remodel in Nov 2018. It looks great and functions well until now - the sprayer option is stuck on full spray instead of the stream. Per my plumber, I need to replace that part. I am trying to identify and order the part needed for a repair which to date, is difficult.

Kitchen faucet - Hansgrohe

I like the low profile of this faucet. It’s also attractive. The sprayer is a little odd to operate, but overall, I’m happy with the purchase. The only thing, the “matching” drinking spigot isn’t exactly the same finish, but I guess close enough.

An excellent faucet

This is a terrific faucet. This attractive and works well. The water pressure is quite low, it this is due to regulations to preserve water, which is, after all, essential.
