The rain will cause the top cover to sag, A Wonderful Fix for the rain issue is to apply 2 plastic lattice panels secured with zip ties under the top cover. The rain will not cause sagging issues anymore!

Took 3 attempts to get one that Was not damaged in shipping..customer service was supposed to have warehouse double box item...It did Not..got lucky the 3rd one wasn't damaged..customer service Sucks...

Nice shades!

Decent sun cover. Looks fantastic! Not so great with rain. For the money it's a great looking addition to your sun porch, deck or doorway. The way it is designed water does pool between the overhead support ribs/joists/purlins whatever no matter how tight you stretch the fabric. Where water pools it will start dripping through the cloth. I'm planning to try something like scotch guard or duck butter to help keep rain water from seeping through.

Canopy

Looks very good & went up easily. We have ours on a small deck atyached to fence. Only issue is rain doesn't roll off and puddles on canvas until we push up on puddle.

Not enough support for rain to drain.

Not weatherproof

So the product itself is OK but the canopy part is not. It can just be sprinkling and you’re gonna get wet. It also holds puddles of water on top. Needs better water resistance material. I had to put two tarps on top of it.

Awful product

We order this hoping it would be great for shade over our patio chairs well that didn't happen when it rains the water puddles up on the canopy and does not drain off which then leads to permanent drooping in the areas of where the puddle forms

Canopy

Purchased it to go over top a small children’s swing set to keep the hot sun from cooking the kids. Worked fine as intended

Poorly Constructed

Item is poorly constructed, parts will not stay together, plastic caps keep falling out, gazebo will not stand up straight, poorly written instructions.

No good directions to put it together. When it rains it gets pockets of water. More bracing wood help that, other than that its fine. Had to raise it 4" to clear my door.

I was hopeful

I love the look this of this product and the concept of it but as many others have mentioned, if it rains the water pools down in the sections of the frame and sits there. You have to force the water out and the fabric then stretches from the weight of the water. I also wish it had been stated that fabric is water resistant and not waterproof. I assumed as it's an outdoor product that it would be waterproof, which I understand was my fault. I've ordered a waterproof replacement top and will come up with a way to handle the sitting water issue.

Holds water

When it rains it builds up on top doesn't run off and it puts a lot of pressure on the cover which will rip the cover so when it rains you have to release once I so the water can run off

Very sturdy, and there are lots of velcro tabs on the edges to hold the top smooth.

Received this item very quickly and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase! It is a large package, and large item, but it only took about an hour to put together and it was fairly easy to be put together perfectly

Love that it is the right size to cover my flower potting bench. Looks really good. Top is waterproof.

Its a rain catcher

Every time it rains, the canopy fills with water in several spots and you wind up getting soaked as you stand underneath and push up on the canopy to force the water off. I would not rebut this same gazebo again.
