Not an Outdoor Rug

This is not an outdoor rug. It started to completely fall apart and lose its color in a year. Shame on me for not buying an extended warranty? That is joke. 1 year? Literally falling apart. Bought a different one at the same time that is still in perfect condition.

Very poor quality!

I bought the same rug in a runner size and was pleased, so I wasn't expecting that this smaller version (2 x 3) would arrive as such a mess. Loose threads, uneven, frayed....downright horrible!

Right away!

This carpet is Beautiful! I love the way it is made it feels great, and lays perfectly. Its rich looking annd texture is organic and practical for cozy, comfy rooms. The one flaw that was too obvious to deny were the imperfections or snags on the opposite side. I saw them immediately as I unrolled the carpet. I wish it did not have them, so That I could use both sides of the carpet.

Outdoor Patio Rug

This rug looks fabulous on our back patio! It was much nicer than expected, and did not curl at all when laid flat after removing it from the package. We liked the first and larger rug so much that we ordered a smaller of the same for another section of our patio. Would highly recommend these rugs!

Better than reviews!

Even after reading all the reviews on these rugs, I still wanted to try them as they were just what I was looking for. I bought 2 runners and 1 oval rug. All of them came shipped in rolls not folded. (I believe that they have changed their packaging from folded due to previous reviews, so rolled is a good thing! :)!) They are incredibly soft underfoot, amazing, and are thick so I don't feel the need to use an extra mat underneath. That said, the runners are not perfectly squared on the corners, ie 90 degrees. I would say 1 corner on each is askew. For the cost, I am not bothered by it.

The rug is well made and has a perfect length and width for the space between my kitchen sink and food-prep island. I would have given this item a 5, but the colors are much more intense than in the picture. The olive green and aqua are very dark, not the softer color in the picture. An inset with a close-up of the rug in the item description would have helped. Still, I am very satisfied with the item.

Disintegrates and dethreads on the side

After one year of use, it started disintegrating/dethreading on one of the sides facing up. I noticed the issue a few months ago in OCT 2023. I paid over $400 for this thing. I would have hoped it lasted longer. I would not recommend. It's nice and soft, but dethreading at the end. I had to put duct tape to keep it from further falling apart.

RUG IS DISINTEGRATING AFTER ONLY 3 MONTHS

DO NOT BUY THIS RUG!! We've had this rug on our covered deck two and a half months, and today we saw tiny fibers all over our dog that had just been rolling around on the rug. After examining the rug I noticed that it is totally disintegrating and fibers are everywhere. Home Depot would not give me a refund and told me to take it up with the rug company. Called them and they say it's Home Depot's problem, not theirs. Paying $400 for a rug that is basically trash is unacceptable.

Loved the chic look of these rugs but they shed lint horribly!! Used area rug for my balcony and a smaller one for the doorway and my dog comes in with powdery lint all over him after sunbathing on the rug. It leaves the same stuff all over my slippers. I can’t use it for my outdoor space at all. Beware!!! . . . . . . . . . . . . . . on

Love NuLoom braided rugs and have several. This one I bought for a beach rental property we have. This is the first time I have had woven ends sticking up. Loose loops and some fraying got those loops. On further inspection I do not believe it will affect the integrity of the rug. I kept it and have it there in the living room, But did consider returning it. Time was a factor because we were only there working before the rental season.

Terrible Fibrous Dust coming from Rug!

I ordered the Salt and Pepper shade of the rug to use outside on the deck. It looks great, I was happy with my purchase initially. I’ve had the rug now for 2 months of summer weather. Just sat on it and was COVERED in tiny white fibrous hairs, almost like dust. How dangerous is this for myself and my dogs to breathe in? I took a broom to the rug to brush all the fibrous material off, and watching it float in the air was horrifying. Hello lung cancer?

Beautiful rug

I got this rug in tan, in 9x12 for my bedroom with a grey tile floor. It looks so nice contrasting with the grey, and it looks like a natural jute rug from a distance, which is what I was hoping for. It is so soft under foot, very comfortable for a bedroom. I had to order a rug pad to fit it, so when that comes it will be even more comfortable under foot, but it's already so nice. I have four dogs, so an indoor outdoor rug makes the most since, and I've already had a mistake to clean up and it cleaned up beautifully. Some reviews have mentioned that the rug doesn't lay completely flat right out of the packaging. The thing is that rugs of this braided type need to be laid out for a few days to a week or so to completely flatten out from being rolled. It was a little "bumpy" at first but I just used my hands to smooth it out to the sides, and now after a week it is completely flat. This rug is so nice it could be used in the living room or any room of the house.
