Don't like it.

My dog is afraid of it. Legs are unstable. Don't tighten. Steps too narrow.

Easy to assemble, foldable, packaged safely.

My cat loves them (he has 2; one for the kitchen counter, one for the bed)

Not as stable as I would have liked. The felt sticker stair treads will not stay on the steps. Otherwise it's just fine.

Dogs trust stability

These stairs, unlike some others, are wide and stable with sides. My dogs immediately used them. We tried soft foam stairs without success.

Wrong size sent

It says Large but when I got it itsaid for small and medium dogs only. Its too small for my pitbull to use

Not made of good quality

The pads for the steps don’t stick, had to get some glue to make them stick.

Does not have that plastic smell, sturdy for my 10 lb cat, easy storage...

storage may be a while - she hates it although she climbs it to get treats off the steps. She will eventually use it as she has trouble with an old broken front leg. She may just use it to descend.

Easy to put together

This was really easy to put together and seems very sturdy. Unfortunately, my dog was not interested, but seems like a good product. We are happy with it.

My cat likes it!

Initially she was a little hesitant to use it. We turned an old floor model tv into a table that sits in a sunny window. When my cat was young we put her food on top of the TV so she could eat her food and survey the alley behind our house. She also likes to sunbath. But my cat is 18 years old now and jumping up to the top was getting hard for her and she would ask that I pick her up and put her on top of the tv. I’m not always home to do so so I got the steps. Now that she’s used to it she loves it. She climbs it without assistance. They are sturdy and hold her weight well. She’s only 8 lbs. Now she climbs on the steps to get closer to me to be picked up and get cuddles.

Step pads

The pads for the steps DO NOT stay on. They keep coming off. Otherwise, the steps work; open and fold up as it should, so buy if you don't mind about the pads for the steps.

The ad on-line said for large. Product paperwork said for small-medium-sized dogs. Its too small

Wobbles

It wobbles and backs up when dog walks up it. The foldout legs to not stay extended at the bottom because the legs bend. Yes it does stay latched at the top. It needs a brace between the steps and legs to remain steady. Re-engineer it. Height is good.
