It takes time, but it gave my dog back independence

I have a 16 year old pug mix who has weakness in her back legs. She cannot jump anymore but was depressed she could not get on the couch anymore. At first, she was scared of the ramp. I showed her how to use it a few times and she would run away. I left it out for a few weeks and one day she tried it on her own. Now she uses it every day and is happier having her independence back.

Season dogs have it easier getting up and down

My babies have such a bigger excitement when they get to the bottom of the ramp, knowing that they can climb it without any issues

The angle is too steep for my 15-lb dog. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews

Not for my dog

I bought this for my small to medium sized (28 lbs) elderly dog who has started struggling with the stairs he uses to get on the couch. Unfortunately I have learned that when using ramps you need to get the long ones because a steep incline makes them feel unsteady. I tried for a couple of weeks and I just can’t get my dog to use it. There’s nothing really wrong with the product except that the noise made when his nails hit the plastic is a little disarming to him.

Kitty Cookie Loves It

Our 16-year-old kitty Cookie, has never been a great jumper. As she has aged, her jumping skills have diminished. It was sad because Cookie likes to sleep on the bed. The item is of excellent quality, however neither of my dogs will use the. They won’t even go near them

Would work but

My dog wont use it! It seems strong enough-/but it has become a headrest for her naps. Maybe if her arthritis gets worse she’ll try it.

My senior Yorkies just love the ramp. Just wish there was a taller one for the bed. Satisfied customer.

Lightweight but Sturdy

I got this for a Basset Hound, not known for their light weight, but it is sturdy, lightweight, and she is not the only one who likes to use it.

Dog ramp vs stairs

I started with stairs and my 16 year old, one eyed Shih Tzu could not get the hang of it. Now the ramp, she can go up just fine, however it's too steep for her. I have to put her on the floor. I've even tried coaxing her with treats - no success.
