VERY POOR CHOICE

If you buy this chaire BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I did not, and the minute the warranty was over, the chair wheels broke. And by the way they are not standard fitting casters either, so there is an additional expense. The wheels broke off in the 5-prong wheels, and the handle to raise or lower the seat broke off.

The color white is more off white, but overall good chair for the price.

Really wished it would have worked for me

I ordered this one online and it assembled quite quickly. Everything was going well for the first few times I sat in it and it seemed all good but after some time I began to realize it was causing me lower back pains. Not sure if it was the shape or the cushion which was the reason. Wound up returning it but ordered another one which is very similar to the older Costway mesh chair I have. That one cost $50 more but it's the best. This chair will probably be wonderful for others, just not for me.

Chair had scratches on it! NOT NEW!

This is our second chair. The first one was purchased over three years and is fine.... but the has a shiny black color. This NEW chair is a black, but not shiny. It has almost a GRAY color. Upon unboxing we noticed scratches on the metal portions of the chair; signs of previous assembly and use.The delivery was NOT up-to-par. It was left in our stairwell, and NOT delivered to our unit.

Great office chair. The seat is firm with beautiful faux leather. Looks like real leather. Not oversized and doesn’t take up a lot of room. I recommend this chair! Thanks Wayfair.

I think the customer service at Wayfair is so poor that I will never shop at Wayfair again. I ordered a desk and a chair and I was informed 1 day before the chair arrived that the desk was no longer available. I would not have ordered the chair without the desk. The chair arrived in a seriously damaged carton with a large hole through the front, a torn up side that looked like it was taped and a crack in the back of the carton. Because the carton was so damaged, I did not open the box and just thought I would return it since the chances of the chair being damaged were great. I am 78 years old with a serious back problem, so I would have to hire someone to unpack it and assemble it and then if it was damaged take it apart and repack it. I did not want to do that so I called customer service and got basically no help. I sent pictures of the damage and the man I spoke with acknowledged that the box was seriously damaged but said that since I didn’t unpack it and prove that there was damage to the product, I would have to pay return shipping. When I complained he said, “Don’t lecture me. It’s not my policy.” I did not do the return because if I pay someone to unpack it and it is damaged, it would cost me more for the unpacking then the shipping. I also don’t need the chair since Wayfair canceled the desk order. I guess it’s just too bad for Wayfair customers! I have purchased many things from Wayfair, but I will no longer be a customer. Less

I use this desk chair everyday. It is very comfortable and looks stylish at my desk in the living room.

Used for 4 months with a few issues

In this beginning I really liked this chair. It was very comfortable. As time has gone by, I've had back aches after using the chair, which I didn't have before. Also, the chair now sqeaks. Overall, its a good chair.

I love the faint pinkish color lines in the creases of the stitching in the chair. It’s very comfort to sit in, and it gives lots of support. The assembly was simple and easy. The height adjustment is smooth and the casters glides effortlessly across the floor. Even the packaging was spot on as the chair arrived damage free and on schedule. I would highly recommend this product to others.
