Poor packaging resulted in damaged product. Lamp shade could be better.

Item was not packaged sufficiently to avoid damage. The lamp shade arrived crushed. This is the second one of these lamps I have purchased. The first one was packaged well. I agree with reviews on the quality of the lamp shade. It could be better, but good enough I purchased a 2nd lamp.

Just right light

You have to assemble the shades

Was surprised to find that I had to put the shade together myself. It fastens with velcro around metal rings at the top and bottom. Went together fine without too much time, though. Looks really nice.

Excellent Style

Love it. Paired with grey furniture that has gold accents. Goes perfectly with my mid century/modern decor.

Very fragile.

The ceramic at the top where the metal goes into the ceramic is very fragile and will break easily. One lamp was broken when we received it; the replacement broke slightly as we were unpacking it but we were able to glue it.

This lamp is perfect for the place I have it in. It provides just enough light to be functional as well as an asset to the decor

These lamps are a bit inexpensive, but they look nice. I have two of them on a console table, which my young daughter uses as a desk. The shades are a bit too see-through, in my opinion: they do not really look black when the lamps are in use.

Lamp Shade in not good condition

I want to love the lamp so bad! However, the condition it was in when I received it in its package was absolutely horrendous. The lamp shade was bent and I am unable to get some of the “permanent wrinkles” out. I would love to replace the lamp shade alone but know the replacement will come in the exact same condition.

Great little lamp

Great lamp for the price. The base is beautiful - great color and quality of metal. Took off one star for quality of lamp shade. I recommend this lamp!

Nice little lamp! Love the pull chain! Thought the shade would be a little more quality/sturdy so 4 stars but still happy we got it. Looks nice on the desk

Don't buy

Dumb! But I'm dumb because I did not read the height in the description and didn't realize how small the lamp was going to be! It's not even a bulb, it's some strange plug. And of course I have to go to the store to return and can't do by mail.
