Feel solid, looks very nice and classic. The shade is nice, but I'd like an even nicer one. Instead of a solid white appearance, at times there are what look like streaks of gray when it is turned on.
This lamp is perfect in so many places. Looks great on my dining room buffet and also in this corner of my kitchen. It must be popular because I waited 5 months for it to arrive (I knew it was on back order!) but it is worth waiting for. A very attractive lamp!
