Comfortable and esthetic pleasing in my office. I work 12 hours a day . This chair is very comfortable.

huge and not comfy

The chair is made for like XL peeps. The neck thing is so high that it hurts my average size neck

I will never buy a mesh covered chair again be really careful with the types of fabric and clothes you wear when sitting in this chair. the mesh just pretty much eats the fabric off of whatever your wearing especially sherpa and fur type material until thw chair is completely covered with it. The seat of the chair isnt very comfortable for long periods of time and if your 5'2 like I am the head rest won't do you any good

The chair was squeaky after assembly. Leaning back, though it worked, only worked with lots of force, not just adjusting body weight. The headrest was flimsy but worked okay. The armrests were good and folded out properly. The chair was noisy rolling. Overall, I returned it as I had an older chair with fixed armrests, no headrest, no leaning, and no “comfy” mesh. The older chair is better.

Not a chair for the price. Actually it's a pretty good deal all things considered. I wish we could have got it in black/dark gray, but it is what it is. The chair is strong, comfortable & easy to put together. The only real complaint I have is, the chair leans slightly forward in the sitting position. Not too much of a problems, though.

I bought this for my son, he seems to like. It’s comfortable for a long day of working and had good lumbar support.

Seat is uncomfortable, needs more cushion

My butt hurts after 20 mins sitting in this chair. The seat needs more foam.

Doesn't recline easily and too expensive for something so basic

Chair is decent but it’s too expensive for a basic chair. The chair is at a perfect height for me, and the cushion of the chair feels fine. (I’m 5’3). The downfall about this chair is that you can’t recline back easily while sitting on it. I had to push my back against the chair and I also had to use a lot of pressure on my feet against the floor to get the chair to recline back. The neck looks all fancy but it doesn’t feel much of a difference. I expected a much better chair from looking at the video but I guess my expectations were just too high. Save your money for a better chair.
