Taste of Home 17 x 11 inch Non-Stick Metal Baking Sheet
One corner of pan sometimes pops up when hot. I tried to make wedgie fries by cutting potatoes into wedgies, putting parchment paper on pan, and dotting some extra virgin coconut oil on some of the potatoes. I cook it at 350 degrees until one side of wedgie is crisp and turn potatoes over and cook the other side until crisp and brown.. I think this is healthier than conventional fries. Ialso season the wedgies. Supper dupper good!
