why the USB-Port does not work when i plug my cable to charge my phone ?

Long wait but worth it!

We purchased our Massage Chair from Titanchair.com and added White Glove delivery service. I was informed that it would delay the delivery for an additional 2-3 weeks from the original delivery timeframe. It was indeed a long wait but worth it! The delivery crews came in and took care of everything. We did not have to do anything. On top of that, Admiral II is an excellent chair, especially loving the full body compression massage. We’re thinking about purchasing another massage chair for our parents for Christmas! Love it!

Love this chair and company

We absolutely love our new Osaki Admiral II chair. It’s only been in the house for a few days but the family already looks forward to their daily massage routine. Easy to use, quiet, comfortable and just the right amount of massage pressure. Even my wife who was a skeptic is turning into a daily user. Definitely take the time to understand the scanning process and settings as you explore all the various massage options and it will make the experience even better. The chair fits perfectly into our quiet relax zone and is not nearly as overwhelming in size as one might imagine. The quality of build it exceptional and it looks as good as it performs. The process of buying, delivery and install was smooth and painless and we received top notch support from the entire company, really impressed!

The chair is wonderful, so many different settings to adjust to your own personal preference. We are very happy with our decision to purchase, the taupe color matches well with our decor & it is so comfortable to relax in. Only recommendation to the shipper is to connect the 2 boxes, ours did not arrive together & we couldn't use the chair until the 2nd box was located & delivered.

Excellent massage chair

While I’m still learning the various settings, I can state that it is a great go-to after exercise; a hard days work; or simply part of a routine to keep you relaxed and stress free.

Love it for me and my husband

I ended up purchasing the Osaki Pro Admiral and could not be happier. It has all the features that I wanted, and I love the 3D. All the programs are great. I use the manual setting to target the neck and shoulder and hit them perfectly, even the muscles along the neck. During some of the programs, it even twists and moves your waist from side to side as it stretches the spine. The air compression combined with the zerog makes it feel like you are getting massaged in the clouds. The chair also works for almost anybody. I'm 5'5," and my husband is 6'2", and it works for both of us. Overall very impressed with the chair

3D is worth it

I absolutely love this chair. I have owned the Osaki 4000t for years and finally upgraded to a chair with 3D. The 4000t is a great chair, but it doesn't provide an intense massage, and the neck massage is nearly nonexistent. Not with the Admiral. The neck and shoulder massage is perfect, and I am so much less tense throughout the day. The 3D is nice since you can easily adjust for a deep or light massage. I love all the programs seem to be a little different. Also, my husband is 6'2," and he fits much better. The shoulders on the 4000 were a bit tight on him. Overall awesome chair, and I recommend it to all my friends

Say yes to the Admral, We are happy with the whole experience. The delivery people were pleasant and we are so glad that we didn’t have to carry those boxes upstairs. We have the chair next to our bed and it has become a habit for us the last few weeks. My husband gets a massage before bed and I get mine right when I wake up, which is when I feel achy. I love getting old! So much fun. This chair makes me young again everyday, like a magic potion. You’ll love this chair! Sally & Dave
