poor quality, misinformation, poor customer service. Table came in with a small but deep scratch. Screws that did not align properly. Weak hollow legs, table wobbles side to side. Was told table top was 1 inch thick by manufacturer, instead it's half inch, big difference ! neither walmart nor manufacturer want to do anything about it. Don't waste your money.

the 1 star is for looks only. I bought this item last week. Table top came with a small deep scratch. A couple of the screw holes when installing the table top did not align properly so you have to stretch the legs for them to align with the screw holes and even then, they still went in crooked. The table is wobbly, far from strong and sturdy as described and I even contacted the manufacturer to ask if it would hold what I wanted to put on top and they said no worries, the table top is 1 inch thick. Well, it's only a half inch thick. Called Walmart, waited forever on the phone and on chat, they basically did squat but offered a 5 dollar discount on my next order-ha ! (wasn't that funny). I emailed the manufacturer Safdie and Co, they ignored my email. So save yourself some money and buy elsewhere. The after purchase service is a total waste of time. They want me to return the item, yeah, are they going to dismantle it for me and re-pack it ? NOT.
It was easy to assemble, arrived on time and suited my purposes. It didn't look quite as realistic as I hoped with respect to table top.

It arrived damaged on one corner but I sent out a damage request and received the replacement within a week. Looks nice.
Meh. I really wish it was a slab of real wood or something that looks closer to real wood. However, I am not returning it.
