The tea pot is made from thin glass and appears to be very fragile. In fact, upon delivery, the box was already split open and due to its light weight, I thought it was empty. But, for $25, I guess you get what you pay for, and time will tell how long it holds up.\n\nRegarding shipping, I was extremely impressed by how promptly the item was sent out.

I absolutely love my 40oz Siena Teapot! I use it every single day. A few times a day! I get about 2 and a half of my 16oz mugs of tea. I highly recommend this one. I'm actually going to purchase another one so that I have it on hand
