The best! I bought 3 on sale!

This is a great design! It picks up beige and tan but also can pickup greys in the details if you need greys. Our home is mostly beige and not grey and it works great!

Traditional touch

The Teagan, denim pebble is beautiful on my family room. It is exactly as described, and the color combo with the deep navy, Light blue, beige, and tan is very soothing to the eye. The delivery was prompt and without incident. I would highly recommend this rug.

Eeehhhh…

Quality isn’t terrible and shipping was fast. However, definitely not color shown on website. I also ordered two additional runners in this exact print and they are completely different in color than the large rug. I’m going to keep the large rug because the hassle of sending it back, but it really is not the color shown. With the runners being so different wondering if I got the right large rug. Pretty disappointed in that.

Soft and durable

The thickness is just perfect for having pets. Soft to the touch but easy to clean and remove dog hair. We opted out of a rug pad. The packaging was wonderful no wrinkles and only took overnight to keep the corners flat by weighting them down. Yes the rug can appear lighter or more bold/ dark and defined in different lighting.

Not taking care of disposal of rug that was delivered with damage

This rug was ripped on the corner and had a huge greasy stain on the corner as if a truck had run over it. I noticed it was damaged upon delivery and was told by the company not to refuse delivery or I would be charged a restocking fee. They refunded me for the damaged rug but wouldn’t come back to get remove it from my home. So now I have 9x13 damaged, greasy rug sitting in my garage that I’m responsible for disposing of. I’ll either have to pay someone to pick it up and dispose of it, or put the greasy thing in my car and pay waste disposal fees at my town transfer station to get rid of it. Either way this rug is costing me $$ and is not usable.

Highly recommend

Got the 12x15 denim pebble rug. Was concerned about ordering the rug due to mixed reviews, however, rug arrived in excellent condition and laid flat with no wrinkles (used a rug pad). Rug feels very soft to the touch. It is low pile. The color is as in the pictures, however, it can definitely look different depending on lighting (true chameleon) a dark denim to whitish/greyish beige, but the true color is more dark denim with beige/brown/grey. Overall, I think it is beautiful. It did have a strong smell (weird smoky), not sure if it was from the dyes in the rug or freight truck but it has dissipated with time.

Beautiful -- but the color is MORE White/Gray than Ivory/Tan

The rug is beautiful, but unfortunately, the White/Gray color we received doesn't work well with our gray couch and white walls. (Too much gray.) If the rug was Ivory/Tan as depicted, we would keep it. Instead, I have to try and sell it. Bummer.

Rug

Rug is exactly the colors and size (11’6 x 15) I required. It’s thin but soft. Very pretty. Photos I’ve seen were accurate. Ivory, tan, beige, light grey and black so very versatile. Two issues to be aware of. 1) delivery is economy freight and this means you get the item off the fedex truck. I have an email from rugs direct that says the shipper will bring to door but this is not correct. Not a huge deal but did require two people to carry rug due to length and I can’t begin to describe how dirty outside of packaging was. Rug itself was not dirty but we had to remove outer plastic outside, go wash up and then bring rug inside. 2) As others have mentioned, the rug has wrinkles. It’s only been a week but I am not sure they will ever come out. Yes, I have tried everything. Note that I had another rug (similar in size, thickness and price point but different manufacturer and retailer) delivered the next day (they brought it inside for free) and that rug had no wrinkles at all. So, when people comment that the large size of this rug has wrinkles, believe them! Depending on your furniture placement, this may or may not matter to you. I tried to add a photo but can’t see where to do so.

Rug

The pattern is beautiful. Rug is soft. Neutral colors. Unfortunately this rug was not rolled properly and there are multiple seems where it tents up in the middle of the rug. Despite multiple attempts to get this to flatten out we had to ask for a replacement. RugsDirect costumer service was amazing! They had a quick response and are sending me a replacement rug. I am looking forward to my replacement and hoping that this is just isolated incident and not a defect on the rug itself.

Our rug has a lot of color around both ends and mostly off white in the middle. Looks pretty at night because more color comes out. We have a bright room and the middle is washed out during the day. We have gotten two smaller rugs in this color and they have pretty dark blue, some gray, some tan and a good bit of off white coloring. The big rug has some pretty serious wrinkles all the way across that have not settled down after 3 weeks. It would be a chore to return, so probably will keep the 10 x 13.6 rug.

Nice neutral inexpensive rug. Poorly packaged

This is a nice rug for the price. The color is very neutral and perfect for my situation and use. I was dissatisfied in how it was rolled and packaged. It was not rolled on a core and has many creases and issues because of how it was poorly wrapped. It will take a long time to get it to lay flat.

Beautiful and good quality

This rug exceeded my expectations! I thought it was going to be thin and flimsy where it would leave a mark from my bed frame but it hasn’t. It’s beautiful under my king bed. After a few days, all the wrinkles and dents were gone. Shipped nicely and secure. And the pattern is beautiful.

Beautiful; Economical; Great Customer Service

Purchased 7'11" x 10'6" ivory/sand rug for grey/ivory/tan bedroom. Colors are soft making busy pattern look subtle which is what I wanted. Colors are directional depending where lights hits from. Pattern looks great where our windows are. Rug was thicker than expected and looks great. Rug is over wall to wall carpeting, held down by a very heavy bedframe with no pad. Can't find a link to add a photo for this review.

Just purchased 2 more large rugs.

I love this rug. I read all the reviews and was not sure if I would like it. I just purchase 2 more. If you are on the fence about buying this brand like I was. You won't regret purchasing the product. I just think it was money well spent. The colors are so much prettier then online.

Neutral runner

I was looking for a runner for my entryway that would tie in with the neutral colors and also hold up to the wear & tear of being by the front door. I’m happy with this rug so far. it is soft under foot; it is on the thinner side but it works for what I need. The quality is good not amazing but for the price it’s worth it. The pattern is very nice and definitely makes my entry hallway feel cozier. Arrived fairly quickly. Added rug grips to keep it in place and now it completes the look. I would recommend for sure.

Pleasantly surprised!

I was tasked with staying on a budget-- a "$100 for the largest you can find that's not on FB marketplace" budget-- to find a rug for our bonus room that we recently renovated. While I didn't manage to completely stay within the ludacris budget I was provided, I was honestly surprised at the quality of this rug for the price! It's a Loloi rug, so it is a bit thin, but not as thin as I was expecting. I layered over a 1/2" thick rug pad purchased on another site and it's great! While my kids were upset that echo in the bonus room is now gone, my dogs and I are very happy and now the kids can play "toilet tag" without sliding everywhere. I highly recommend!

Would have been a nice rug, company not so nice.

Rug arrived with a very large area that was discolored. I choose to keep the rug because it was already down under new furniture. RugsDirect would only give a 20% refund after dealing with a very rude claims representative. Not a great company to deal with when there is a problem with the rug.

I LOVE this rug but..

I adore everything about this rug - it's beautiful and so soft and it's the perfect blend of neutrals - but it has not worked for me since the day I bought it. I put it under my bed on top of carpet and it just bunches and bunches no matter where I place it under my bed (i.e. how much shows) it continues to bunch. The place in my bedroom where it bunches the most is not a high traffic area either. I even invested in their rug pad that was recommended to me for this specific rug with my specific needs (on top of low pile carpet), and that made it worse. I want to love this rug but the bunching in my bedroom drives me nuts and my bed is so heavy it's not easy to fix when it bunches, which it does continually. maybe my rug is a dud but beware for those purchasing to put on top of carpet!

Nice rug for nice price!

I like the rug and it goes beautifully with my furnishings. The color is lighter than the picture and it's thinner than I expected so I need to get a thicker pad underneath. We had some problem with buckles in the rug at first. My husband was a carpet installer for years, so he knew what to do to fix it! The size is perfect for our great room and the price was more than fair. We are very happy with our rug purchase.

Not worth it!

I bought this rug. I read all the reviews & decided to try it. My rug doesn't look anything like the one on the Rugs Direct website. I am wondering if there are 2 different rugs they are selling. Color is way off. It is VERY VERY thin, less than a 1/4 in, maybe 1/8 inch? Looks more like a mat than a rug. Hopefully it will look better after a few days. I would like to return it but will use it somewhere else. Let the buyer beware on this one.
