I love my beautiful new dining set. The table arrived with a small flaw but after a single chat call, the issue was handled immediately. I was so very impressed with the attention and speed my issue was handled with. I am very happy to recommend Polywood for the beautiful product and especially the amazing customer service team.

While I believe in the product, I cannot give a great review because the white glove delivery service left a damaged table that fell apart upon touching it. This order was placed in May and the issue is still not resolved.

This is our 3rd patio set and looks like our last. Material and craftsmanship are top notch compared to others we have had. Our last set was about half the cost but only lasted 3 years, I know this set will be here for the next 20 years. It’s so sturdy the wind doesn’t blow it around and let’s be honest it looks great. Thanks for the great set polywood.

Excellent Product

We ordered this table in black and it looks so nice on our patio. We live in MT so winters and summer sun are harsh. We love the no maintenance aspect and quality of this product.

I received my table about

I received my table about 3 weeks ago on a broken pallet and two large scratches all the way across the table top!

Beautiful set but …

Love the quality of the set! Only complaint is the customer service is awful as to you are not able to speak to an actual person and it took almost a week for someone to reply to my email, also it took forever for our item to get out of production and ship almost five weeks which is insane considering the amount of money we dropped at plywood. Products are great but time it takes is insane. I could have spent a lot at another company and it would have taken half the time. Plus so many boxes after delivery they don’t take the pallets or packaging away. Not super impressed compared to other large companies.

So this set is just so darn durable and true color. Great for the salt air by the beach that destroys everything else.
