This a solid tool, it's heavy so it won't tend to move while in use. Get one larger than you think you need.

Still as beautiful as always

This is our second Teakhaus board. The first one warped and cracked after we had a heat wave in the house (long story). They are beautiful boards and well worth the money.

[Rewarded Review] ATK is correct

I sought the recommendation of America's Test Kitchen for a cutting board purchase. Their evaluation of the product was correct. And their advice for preparing the wood with mineral oil prior to use was most helpful. The WalMart marketplace retailer's price is very competitive and the delivery completed before the estimated date.

I believe it was a great deal / but. It was a gift to my husband & I from dear friends. However, we didn’t know till weeks later. Because your company failed to include! A card they asked to include. So here we are using it & possibly thinking it was mistakenly left by mistake for someone else.

Beautiful and practical carving board

Love this carving board. Beautiful and practical. Plenty of workspace but not too heavy and easy to move due to inset handles. Like that it is reversible with juice groove on one side. I have bought several as gifts for friends as well as for myself. Would buy it again. Price here was as good or better than elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Awesome board!

Love this board. I own a smaller teakhaus board and the extra size of this is great when you have a lot of prep for a meal.

Worth it

Useful, attractive and protects my cutting knives. Easy to clean. A little heavy but overall a nice board.

Great Cutting Board

I love the reversible feature for carving meats on one side with the channel and the everyday use on the flat side. It is a good looking rich color grain.

Still Seasoning

I haven't used it but a couple of times yet - it's beautiful, it's a reasonable weight for its size, but I haven't made the time to oil it and get it 'right' yet. Love the design and the look of it, though, and am very pleased with my purchase. Quite confident it will become a mainstay in my kitchen once I have time to get it seasoned. :-)

Good board, nice weight. Would have preferred less colour variation but it is as pictured.

The serch for the perfect board is over!

I have tried every cutting board under the sun and have finally found the perfect board. I bought this one because of the ATK reviews, and have to agree with everything they said, durable, smooth, easy to take care of, good size and looks lovely too. I tried to oil it for a couple days before using it and if it did soak up any oil it was minimal. Have been using it for two weeks now and just love it. It's very well made and I'm sure it will last forever. The search is over at last.

Way too heavy

Decent quality but very heavy, just didn’t think it through. Can’t imagine the added weight of a turkey, etc.

Useful and beautiful!!

Being tired of small cutting boards (I call cheese and cracker boards) I decided to get a larger board for cutting vegetables for stir fry and cutting up meat from the BBQ. At first I thought it was a little overboard but now relish the use of my fantastic Teak cutting board. Not only useful but it is also a beautiful piece of wood and suitable for hanging on the wall as art. Love my Teak cutting board!
