Outstanding product. Exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Great design and excellent construction with premium wood. Easy to assemble and impressed by quality of the cushions. Wheels are a big plus for maneuvering lounges. Even shipping and delivery process was extremely successful.

Lovely lounge chairs

We are really loving these lounge chairs. The quality of the construction is amazing excellent, the cushions are great. It feels very well built and I expect it will last a long time.

Great chair, disappointing C&B experience

This is a truly fabulous chair, five stars for the chair and cushion! I would like to give zero stars for the experience I had with Crate and Barrel though. I was quoted when buying this 2-3 weeks to ship at the beginning of the summer and didn't receive the chair until late August. Countless emails back and forth with Crate and Barrel were hugely misleading. Again if you're considering this chair, I do recommend it and Neighbor as a brand is excellent.

Most versatile outdoor furniture I have come across. Live in MI and let my sister use it in her new house over the winter as her indoor furniture (not the sun lounger, but the couch and table). She is getting a ton of compliments.

Great lounger!

The loungers took longer than expected to come in, but Neighbor customer support reached out proactively to update us throughout and even sent a handwritten note with a gift when there was a second delay because of a manufacturing delay. The product arrived and is gorgeous and great quality, especially for the price point.

Great companion piece

The Sun Lounger is a great companion piece for our other HiNeighbor outdoor furniture. We appreciate the high quality teak wood, durable Sunbrella fabric, and solid construction. It's functional, looks great, and assembly is fast and easy with the included tool. Love it!
