This cutting board has a nice weight and feel to it, however, it does not look the same as the photo. Of course, there will be variance and it cannot look exactly the same, however, they’ve changed how they make it as of September 2024 when I got mine. They use shorter and wider rectangles of wood versus the longer and narrower rectangles as shown in the photo. It looks very different. Mine also had very little of the light blonde colored wood in it and was almost 95% dark brown. Frankly, it did not look nearly as eye-catching as what was pictured. It still looks nice, but not the same or as nice as the photo. I will likely send mine back. Unfortunately, the Tramontina website won’t let me attach photos in iOS Chrome for some reason.

We’ve been needing a nice new wood cutting board and this teak one is very nice. I love the color and pattern, it’s large and thick as well. This will get used every day and it’s nice to look at so it can stay on the kitchen counter.

Cracked right out of the shipping package, a no-no :-( ...not even an one-star (poor) if it can't stay in shape during shipping (trash). Very disappointed.

Not as lovely as photo, much more imperfections and discoloration in wood grain than i expected.

I like the look of the board but does seem to need repetitive oil made to the surface.

This is a beautiful cutting board! It’s large and solid. I add a little oil to it about once a month to keep it softened. Would absolutely buy it again.

Excellent Quality!

We purchased a second one for a gift after enjoying ours for many years. It is sturdy, beautiful yet lightweight enough that it’s not a chore to pull out like our other endgrain cutting board. The trough is super handy. After chopping on it for years it’s still as smooth and beautiful as when we first got it. I highly recommend end grain boards over bamboo.
