I love it. My first one had a few bad areas on the large bowl that had been poorly repaired. I called customer service and they promptly sent a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement arrived in a million pieces. I explained how the replacement was poorly packaged and they again promptly sent a new bowl and said it would inspected before being shipped this time to insure it was properly packaged. It arrived in perfect condition.

Beautiful and tranquil

Beautiful color and pretty close to the actual product photo. Love that it's ceramic. Set up was fairly easy as a 2 person job. The pump was already preset to 'max' & can be adjusted to spout less intense, but the max IMO wasn't that strong. It could stand to spout more forcefully. There is no trapdoor next to the pump to clean out any clogs so in order to troubleshoot, the entire fountain needs to be taken apart. This is the downside. It isn't difficult, but can be inconvenient. Make sure to treat the water with a pond/fountain treatment regularly (cheap on Amazon) and regularly clean out all debris to avoid a pump clog. The LED lights are a nice touch but not very bright. My photos show landscape light also illuminating the fountain. Lamps Plus did an amazing job w/the delivery speed; my fountain was received next day (weekday, ordered by noon PDT). Hopefully, this ceramic fountain will last longer than the resin one I bought in 2020 from Lamps Plus--that one lasted only 3 years. It was great, but the resin ended up cracking.

My Mistake

I bought this fountain last Summer, 2023. Beautiful fountain. enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, I left it it uncovered outside for the winter, and it cracked. Now I have to find a new one. Dont make the same mistake I did. Cover it or put it inside for the winter months.

I love this fountain!

I love this fountain! I love the sound it makes and the light it casts. If I had a complaint it would be that it doesn't come in a bigger size!

Beautiful, perfect for my backyard. Easy to put together and keep clean. Such a soothing sound and lights up.

Nice Fountain

Great fountain. The LED lights are a plus, but not necessary to make this a really nice addition to your back yard landscape.

Tiered Ceramic Teal Fountain

I loathe resin or fake materials fountains and so this ceramic option was affordable & beautiful, we have blue stone patio so this looks really cool, easy set up, lights are a nice touch for evenings & the water flowing crates a nice spa like sound, We love it!
