Horrible purchase. The chemical smell and the amount of 'fluff' coming out after each wash and dryer session is disappointing. It took 5washes and hanging outside to get rid of the smell. By the fifth wash o was till getting large amounts of material coming off. If you need to use right away, in my case I wanted it for my guests, this is not an option.

This bedspread was messy! Had lint everywhere! I washed it twice and my front loader was a mess with lint! It was over 30 days due to waiting for bedroom to be remodeled...so unable to return it. Its so messy i hate to even donate it to a thrift store.

I love this chenille bedspread. It has a rich feel to it and it looks gorgeous on my bed. The color is just as pictured and the texture gives it depth and character. I love it and know that others who purchase it will not be disappointed. They will love it too! Peggy E.

This item feels like a rough bath towel, not soft by any means. The design is very pretty and true to picture. The tag says to expect some lent the first couple washes but that is an understatement. The lent trap on my drier was completely filled not once, not twice, but three separate times. My washer was also completely filled with the material and I had to cleanwipe it out multiple times. Even after drying it the material was still falling off all over my bed when trying to use it. Once i found residue in my bed i shook it over the tub, this was after washing and drying it twice. If they could change the material it was made out of it would be a great product because the design is exactly what I was looking for, but the texture and the mess it creates outweighs the good.

This set is absolutely gorgeous and the price is amazing! As a 24 year old who just bought their first home I was so excited to start home projects to really make the home mine. I don't have a ton of money as a young person in this economy and wayfair helped to make it possible to get exactly what I wanted without breaking the bank! I can't wait to start my next project and will definitely be using wayfair for to do it!

I love this coverlet! I have always wanted a “chenille” style bed cover. This was perfect for my space. Yes, it sheds, like a lot, when you wash it, as would be expected with this type of cover. But, if you know what you are getting into and you expect it. It’s fine. Wash it before using, clean out your dryer lint trap often. Every time you wash and dry, you get a little less. I have had it for a while now and it still looks great. (The kitty loves it too)

I WISH I DIDN"T BUY IT! This bedspread sheds so much eventually (probably sooner than later) it will have no fibers. I put it on air dry for two cycles, and washed it before using it as some reviewers suggested. It filled up the lint trap each time. It It still sheds and makes a mess of my floor. I put it on air dry again today today and then washed it. It filled up the lint trap each time again!

Love this for a summer spread. Ordered the white for a bright crisp look. The spread is lightweight, nice pattern big enough to cover the bottom wooden rails of our high king-sized bed. I like a light blanket over it at night, hubby prefers it without.

The bedspread looks awful! The pics looked moderately elegant and this is what I wanted. Soft and inviting.
