White board side is not very magnetic so just be cautious if you want to use for magnetic purpose, it’s not great. More writing board but don’t buy for magnetic purpose.

Great look, requires neon dry erase markers
Really great, sleek look, much nicer to look at and more modern than a white whiteboard. I use it for drawing quick and easy custom battlemaps for dungeons and dragons games. But be warned, it is required that you use neon dry erase markers. The neon dry erase markers show up well. Normal dry erase markers will not show up. I have yet to try the chalk based dry erase (or wet erase) markers to see if they work as well.
