Difficult and poor customer support

I really loved the beautiful look of the Tenerife faucets and shower. However, my plumber and contractor struggled to install. First the instructions are not very clear and you need to be sure to buy 2 additional pieces to close off the water properly. In addition, the contractor could not attach the exterior trim easily to the thermostatic valve behind shower wall because it was too deep. Most companies supply this additional piece but the Rohl shower support told me today "this trim is too new so you just have to change the trim". To tell a homeowner that is just unbelievable to me. It was the only expensive piece we got to dress our bathroom up, and we regret it now given complexity and time spent on the install and the lack of adequate support from Rohl. Just not a customer focused company.
