Vacuum roller covered by carpet fluff thread!!

My Kenmore Canister vacuum was able to suction the threads out of this carpet! What kind of lame weaving is this? Am I supposed to take this runner outside and beat it with a stick to clean it? Where did it say when you vacuum the carpet - the threads may come off? Ridiculous. Anyone else have this problem?

Nevermind

I only wish our new rug was the color pictured. Instead, it is similarly colored to my old Army blanket! After thought, we decided to keep it, not wanting to fold it up and tote it up to the post office. The mat wasn't what we expected, either.Lesson learned, don't shop online for certain items!

5x8 Yasmin rug

The rug is beautiful, great quality and the colors are perfect as shown in the photo. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and I’m in the process of ordered the correct size. I plan to order a matching one for my living room and foyer. The return of the rug was hassle free.

Huge vibrant rug!!

Beautiful rug just what I was looking for and just when I thought it couldn’t get better, it matched my half moon rug perfectly. This rug is brilliant in color and adds a whole new dimension to your room. Wherever you put it it’s a gorgeous rug however, I was very disappointed to see that this seems were messed up in three places, I hope that this company rectifies this problem. As I’ve already sent off one other review about it

Great price and pattern!

Love! It does have a smell for the first couple days or so and it’s not very thick, but for the price, I’m super impressed by the quality of the pattern. Looks just like the photos and the room visualizer was dead on with the size. Low pile so easy to vacuum. My cat loves it and stretches out on it everyday. Perfect addition to my room!

Yasmin Rugs have purchased 8!

We purchased 2 for our camper and it looks luxurious on the wood floor. It was our 1st purchase from rugs.com and because of the quality, we purchased larger Yasmin rugs for our mud room and kitchen. The free shipping is very prompt as well. These low priced rugs are much nicer, with many more choices than our local stores.

Yasmin rug is great for what it is

The Yasmin rug has a better appearance and quality than expected. You need to keep in perspective that this is a low-cost rug without the history, quality, and beauty of Persian rugs and some Indian rugs. For $99 on Clearance Sale, it is great. It covers part of our hardwood floors and helps to stabilize our older bloodhound when he walks. It matches the colors in the kitchen and den. We like it.

Good Value @ Great Price

Getting my rug from rugs.com was a great experience. I ordered it before the weekend and it was delivered in days. The quality was better than I thought for the $40 price tag and the colors were extremely rich. My only regret is that I did not purchase the rug pad to be delivered at the same time.

Beautiful Rugs

Beautiful rug and such a reasonable price! I've purchased several rugs from this company and have no complaints. With 4 dogs in the house and a farm outside, my rugs take a beating. I purposely try to purchase colors that not only match my decor but more importantly, hide the dog hair and dirt and these rugs fit the bill! Always satisfied with my purchases from here.

I just received this rug today, with the non slip padding. I am thrilled with the quality and bright colors. Easy buy especially on sale!

An overall pleasant experience. Shipping was fast, wrinkles were gone in a few days and it unrolled easily. It ships in plastic wrap which was surprising to me but it was packed well and had no tears or damaging to the packaging. Not the thickest and is a bit slippery without the proper pad under it. Also not the very softest, but it vacuums well and feels nice underfoot.

Very nice rug. And great service. Ordered at a low price. Shipped the next day and I had it in two days. Works perfectly in my room! Combines with several others and I love way it looks!

Coordinating rooms

The home is an open concept layout. We purchased this runner and another, to place in the kitchen. It coordinates with the room sized carpet in the living room. It is very nice that they match, to scale. The cream edge is just right, not as large as in the living room rug. The green is a deep, rich color.

Nice rug

I’m very pleased with the rug. It looks just like the picture. It is more plush than I thought it would be. It seems to be pretty good quality. It will take a little while for it to flatten out completely. I’m sure it will. It makes my space look cozy and feels good to walk and stand on.

Color a bit darker, happy overall.

Happy with the rug. The actual rug is darker green than depicted on the website photo. I knew this from reading a previous review, so I contacted customer support to verify, and they sent me actual pictures of the rug from the factory, which I thought was helpful. They took the initiative to follow up on this with me, which I appreciate. The darker color was not a dealbreaker, we installed the rug and are happy with it.

Trip Hazar

The colors are beautiful. It’s been down for about a week and a half but still has lots of wrinkles. I tried the warm wet towel process which has helped some eliminate the wrinkles but it did not work for me. I will also need to sew the rug to the rug pad that was suggested I order as well because nothing about this runner stays in place. So far it’s a trip hazard. Once I get it right I will love it.

Beautiful and Well Made

This is my second runner rug I bought recently . I also bought the mat for underneath it . Both are high quality and plush and I’m so glad I discovered rugs.com . The prices are incredible . Now I’m going to look for full size rugs for several rooms !!! Thank You !

Beautiful, Great colors

I really like this rug. Bought it for the kitchen (tiled) but it ended up not working out in there. Didn't look right for a kitchen rug. Moved it to the office, which is hardwood floor, and it looks quite nice. I did not buy the nonslip back, though I wish I had for the hardwood. Either way, the rug is really nice quality, a bit lightweight, and has beautiful colors and pattern.

Color not true to photos, had to return

I order the green Yasmin rug and the photos were very different and not accurate to what I actually received. Was hoping for an olive green tone as the photos show, instead it was a VERY dark hunter green (in the very best lighting), looked more brown in darker lighting. Disappointed, will need to return. Quality was decent. The customer service agent I spoke to was very friendly; however they would not honor the promotion/deal for ordering 2 items in my original order to exchange for a different item and still use the discount.

Good Quality/ Just not compatible with my space.

There was no problem with the quality of the carpet, it just did not fit in my dining room. It would have to have caused a large hutch filled with dinnerware moved in order to get it in place. I tried and tried to find a place for it, but not to be. I am 81 and it takes all the energy I have to install something this big. Perhaps another look in the near future. You have a great Customer service team! Yeah, Rozz Ville!!
