I absolutely love this rug!!!! It’s true to picture and would totally buy this again.

Very disappointed with wayfair right now. Received a totally different rug and returned it as instructed they received on 61924 it’s been almost a month and still no refund.Also I think they sent me a returned item only because the rug came folded in quarters and was taped like I would package a return like taped up everywhere. I say this because we purchased the exact same rug but different color from another company ( they didn’t have it in black that’s why I ordered it from you) but it was packaged very well. it came rolled with an inner round tube to keep it nicely rolled and it came with protective covers on the end. Looks like I purchased directly from the brand company but no just from A. Never expected this from wayfair but with A YES wayfair NO.
