Bearutiful Faucet-Poor Results

Purchased this Delta Tesla faucet for a current bathroom remodel. It is stunning. The problem with it was it was sent to me without a stopper. First call- Asked Ferguson to send one. They referred me to Delta. After being on hold for 45 minutes. Called Delta who said they would send one out immediately. Received NOTHING from them, not even an email which they said they would update me. Again, On hold for an hour. Them called Ferguson again with my Contractor and they did send me a stopper which did not work. Had to have contractor back with added expense to install. Then had to call again and have them send a complete drain system with a stopper. Had contractor back with added expense again. With all that the stopper still does no stop water from going down the drain in the event that you may want to use it. This was a pricey faucet so the least you can expect is for the stopper to work. Are they all like that.?

Great to replace your 4" centerset faucet on a bar!

We just built a new home and the faucet was a 4" centerset. I scoured online for a faucet that could be separate pieces and still installed with 4" centers - this faucet is highly versatile - goes from 4" - 16" centers, so it works perfectly in our bathrooms. Very pleased, and easy to install.

VERY PRETTY FAUCET. VERY STURDY AND GOOD QUALITY. IT DOES SHOW WATER SPOTS, BUT I'M OK WITH JUST WIPING IT DOWN AS IT LOOKS SO NICE AND IS WORTH THE WIPE-DOWN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAUCET.

We purchased this faucet for our master bathroom tub. We bought the polished nickel. It’s more expensive but so beautiful! It matches our double sink faucets. Very high quality. Our plumber did the installation. He dint seem to have any issues with the installation. You do need to buy the drain and the rough in valves as well. Do it right the first time. Repairs are expensive.

Beautiful, well made, but a maintenance nightmare.

These are quality made faucets, and very nice looking, but they are a pain in the *** to keep clean. EVERY TIME we use the faucet, we have to wipe it. I know that finishes can be made so that's not necessary, because we have them in the kitchen of our house. If you are looking for an easy maintenance faucet finish, this is NOT it.

This is a beautiful faucet and of course seems very well made. We used the polished nickel version in conjunction with a polished nickel Tesla tub filler, and they look outstanding together (in our humble, admittedly biased opinion).

Installed in six vanities. Great quality and design . A little pricey. Easy to install; all parts provided.

These are beautiful fixtures. We have used them in a newly renovated master ensuite bathroom. My only complaint is that they “attract” water stains which we are constantly wiping off.

Installed faucet in daughters bathroom. It has the modern look she wanted and works great. No splashing on mirror. It looks high end and very contemporary. I would buy again.
