Casper Snow standard Pillow

Totally hate them. They are terrible and Double price from the Casper on site. We tried them out with protection still on and in original packing with two pillowcases over it for hygiene. They would not exchange.A Total Waste of Hard Earned Money! $300.00 down the drain. Still don't understand why the won't return.!

Not bad.

I tested eight or so pillows in a bedding store and found the Casper to be plush but very supportive. It was a very balanced pillow unlike most of the others and the price was expensive but not the most expensive. I was kind of in love with the way it felt. When I unpacked the one I bought it was flat because it was vacuum sealed and I read it might take 48 hours to fully expand. I feel like it never really did and never ended up feeling like the tester in the store. Pretty comfortable pillow but quite disappointed because for almost $200 it should be much better.

Great Pillow but flawed

Got the standard size Foam Pillow with Snow Technology and wow is it comfortable. the most comfortable pillow i've ever had and definitely the coolest. However the pillow does not hold it's cool temperature for long and it does tend to get a little warm and sometimes I have to flip the pillow over and the other side is super cool. Other than that this pillow is amazing.

Didn't Hold Up

I've had this pillow just shy of two years. I do really like it, but within a year, the layers were becoming bunched up inside. I was able to maneuver it around enough to get it flatter again. Fast forward another year, and it's worse than it was before. The middle layer was folded over itself in the middle making a big lump, and there was a harder something I could feel on the edge. I seam ripped the end of the thin cover so I could adjust more and investigate this strange hard item. It was some of the HeatDelete Band, and after adjusting the layers around, more of those HeatDelete Bands are loose on the inside and sort of just shriveled up. It's still a comfortable pillow (heavy though!), and now that I have straightened the layers out a bit, it will be more comfortable again. I'll still use it (it was very expensive after all), but not entirely happy with the quality. Also never really felt like the snow technology worked very well in the first place.

Make sure you love it in the store before purchasing…

I wanted to love this pillow. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with it because they don’t allow returns after you take it out of the box (I guess if you are going to order due through Amazon because you can return it). This pillow cost more than the Tempur-pedic cloud memory foam pillow, which is way higher quality and firmness for $95 versus $150. This pillow provides no neck support and my first couple nights of trying it I ended up going back to my Tempur-pedic that was right next to me which immediately removed my neck pain and headache. This was an expensive lesson and my advice is if you’re going to try this thing purchase through Amazon so you don’t get screwed like I did.

Immediately goes flat, smells and does not stay cool

One of the worst purchases I have made this year. I bought two pillows in the king size because I was looking for a cool, slightly firm pillow. The website claimed to fill all those needs and seemed to be rated well. That was not my experience at all and now I’m out $300 because they don’t take returns. This is apparently a new policy which isn’t made obvious anywhere on the page. But Casper certainly likes to make it look like they have a generous policy by hiding it behind the mattress only policy.

Amazing pillow

This pillow has not lost any of its support since we’ve bought it and it is the only pillow we currently use to sleep on at night. The snow technology is amazing as it’s very noticeable that the temperature on the pillow is cooler than even the bed itself. Each side is cool to the touch and is very comfortable and has kept its support up since it was bought in December. We will be purchasing again for our guest room and have already recommended the pillow to several family members and friends. This purchase has already made us come back to Casper several times to look at the mattresses and other pillows they have in their line!
