Lousy no cancellation and must return policy!

I am very upset with your company. After I had ordered this product I realized it would not work as I had planned. I called the same day the same day to cancel the order and was told it was in process and could not be cancelled. I was told I could return it after I received it if I paid $7.99 fee. After I received the item I called the return number and the lady told me she would send me a return address label by email within 72 hours. That was at the beginning of last week and so far I have received nothing. I am very displeased!

Door Canopy(white)

I bought this several months ago. I just opened the box..and to my surprise..no instructions we’re included‼️

Door Canopy

Not at all what I was expecting and it’s too large to return. The frame is plastic and the canopy is totally flat and square. It bent in half.

Will keep me dry while I'm fumbling with my key.

I received my canopy a couple of weeks ago, but not able to install it because it doesn't fit my door frame. We have to put it above the door, but the porch light is there, so now I have to buy a new light and move it up. Wish this product came in different sizes.

Better than I thought!

I have to admit that when I unpacked this, I thought it looked cheap and tacky. But since it was assembled (more difficult than expected; would have been easier with 2 people) and installed, it looks very nice. I got the white.

Took longer to put into place than thought

Hired an experienced carpenter to install, but what I thought would take maybe two hours ended up over 3 hours

Good accessory

I love the way it looks, like it was made for that door. It covers enough to keep us dry on a rainy day while we try to unlock door.

Door canopy

I bought this product recently and not at all satisfied with it. I don't know why I assumed it had metal/steel brackets to hold in the plastic shield. Not the best option or described on the website.

Sunlight Door Canopy

I totally love this! It looks great. We ended up going to Ace and replaced the existing bolts for something more sturdy.

Didn't hold up to Nor'Easter

I purchased this and it was wonderful, until a New England windy storm came through, and the heavy snow and wind knocked the canopy part off. It is still intact, but just a hassle to re-attach. But wonderful product.

Just what we need!

I have not yet installed the new Canopy due to cold snowy/rainy weather. We will install it as soon as possible, weather permitting.

Very Nice Awning !!!

I bought this awning to go over a side door at my house. I didn't want a heavy awning and this one was perfect. It looked like the picture stated. I think all together it weight was about 9 pounds. It's not an awning for if you live in real snowy climates, not sure it could hold the weight. The awning is very attractive on the house and looks more expensive than it actually was.

Very flimsy!

The brackets seem strong, but the inside material is flimsy. It would not hold up to snow and winds.

This product is well made & the cost is pretty good too, it was easy to install , I’ve purchased 3 for me so far & 2 more for my neighbors too , they loved mine so much they had to have 1 too.

Great cover

I brought the cover for my back door. I'm really happy so the rain don't get on me when unlocking my door

great item, would buy again if needed. Does exactly what I needed

I Love It!

It was not easy. The instructions were not clear but FOLLOWING THEM step by step helped along with common sense. I put it up myself and I am tiny and have a bad arm (for reference female, 5'3", 125lb).

Looks nice

I just hope it holds up in all kinds of weather cause it's made of plastic.

Flimsy canopy

We live in the mountains and thought these would deflect snow fall over the door. Made of plastic on the frames and flimsy flimsy covers. Wasted my money.

Great addition to my home.

I am pleasantly surprised how great the awning looks and works.. I ordered 2 for my back doors months ago and today I am ordering more for another property.
