The Walton's is a great family friendly show from my childhood. The box set was reasonably priced and well packaged. It included the movie collection even though the description didn't state this.
Wonderful and clean family entertainment.
My family (and I) love this series. We got it at a great price. It was pricey elsewhere but at Walmart. com the price couldn't be beat. Deals on quality family entertainment are awesome.

I bought this set last May. i work 2 jobs so I don't have a lot of free time. So far on Seasons 1 to Season 5, every DVD is scratched. I tried a to clean the DVD player. I even bought a new DVD player,which the last 1 I bought last August. To no avail, the DVDs skips, freezes and/or stops working. Do not buy from this particular party. It'll just be a waste of your $. Now, not only do I have 3 DVD players, I have to buy the whole set again somewhere else.
Good, clean entertainment
It is good, clean family episodes. You never have to worry about bad language or suggestive scenes. I like it because the story continues. It is suitable for all ages. I did not grow up in the depression era, but came soon afterwards. I love going back into time when things were much simpler and wish it were that way now.
