Good night’s sleep

Therapeutica pillow gives my neck the support it needs to relieve the tension I build during the day. This is my 3rd Therapeutica pillow and I tried the lite version this time. Love the softness and it still gives the support I need in any position.

best neck support I have found for a back sleeper

I am a back sleeper. I have used the original average size Therapeutica pillow over the years with great results, but recently the original "firm" one began to feel too firm. So I tried the lighter version and WOW - I slept so much better. The neck cradle provides support and the feeling of slight traction while you sleep. The lighter firmness seems to apply less pressure to the back of my head. The neck cradle on the petite size has a gentler slope. Since I only sleep on my back, I found this to be more comfortable than the average size - I wish my travel version had the same gentler slope and lighter firmness.

Sleeper's mixed results with Therapeutical pillow

I bought the petite Therapeutical pillow in December 2022. It arrived promptly in excellent condition. At first it was the answer to my sleeping discomfort, although I was never comfortable with the lip that is supposed to go under your neck before your head reaches the pillow. That lip was always too high and bothersome, painful at times. But, this pillow was useful when I slept on my side. It supported my head. In the past several months this pillow has contributed to neck pain. However, I discovered I could experience some relief and could lie comfortably on my back, when I turned the pillow so that lip (meant to go under my neck) was behind my head. I wonder if the manufacturer could address my problem. The foam has stayed stable and useful. I keep this pillow in 2 pillow bags and a pillow case. So surprised how well this works

Was surprised how great this pillow was. Shaped perfectly for sleeping in any position. I turn several times per night and with this pillow I just go to the next position and my head and body are aligned. I was so surprised, the pillow is firmer than I usually sleep with but because it cradles the head so well I didn’t even notice. Great purchase

Science for Your Sleep

The Therapeutica Orth. Sleeping Pillow changed my sleep pattern, litterally, overnight. So many other pillows I researched had one or two features that were impotant, but they all fell short by trying to make it more "agreeable" to the eye--and therefore became a "gimick" product just trying to grab the sale. It is obvious to me that the engineers listened to the science...and that's why it looks like it does!

Huge help

Great pillow. Been trying many things (physical therapy, good posture, elevated monitors, avoiding neck-down activities) but nothing greatly helped improve my neck and upper back pain. Always would wake up with stiff cracks and aches throughout the day. Tried a few different pillows but this one nailed it. Only downside is they are a tad pricey and I wish I could have honed my selection of firm vs soft and also choice of average vs large in person. I'll end up getting a few of these pillows over the years to find the sweet spot since a good sleep is priceless.

What a relief!

I was getting headaches from my neck across my skull to my forehead and this pillow has relieved that stress. I thought it might take some time to get used to it but the moment my head hit that pillow it felt like home!

Sleeping pillow

I have used similar pillow I bought from my chiropractor so this was very easy to use. I had no problem getting use to sleeping with it. However, I wish it were a bit firmer in the middle. I feel as though the top my head it tilted back when lying on my back. If I move down so my head feels level, the neck support hits at the base of my head rather than my neck. My chiro stopped selling pillows just before he retired. This is as close to his that I’ve found, but it isn’t perfect.

Love this pillow

I had been experiencing neck pain on and off after sleeping for some time. Then I experienced a herniated cervical disc and was in extreme pain for several weeks and couldn't sleep. Once I started to recover, I began searching for pillows that would protect my neck. I first tried a similar pillow from another brand, but it wasn't supportive for side sleeping. Then I tried this one and it was perfect. It did take some adjusting to, but I haven't had neck pain from sleeping since. I absolutely love the structure it provides and it stops me from sleeping it with bad posture the way I used to. Plus it works amazingly with a CPAP mask... No more mask getting smashed into the face. Highly recommended!

Haven't slept that comfortably in a long time. For me, this is one of the best puchases I've ever made.

Resolved stubborn neck pain

I've been using one of these pillows for more than ten years and just recently decided I owed myself a new one. Mostly I had used the pillow for lower back pain but in the past year I've had some persistent cervical issues, for which I've been seeing a chiropractor regularly. Imagine my surprise when my neck issues greatly diminished within a few weeks pf using my new pillow! I'm just sorry I didn't order it sooner.

So far so good with this new, very different pillow. I'm a side to stomach sleeper, this pillow only works for side and back sleeping positions. For side sleeping I wake up less sore in the neck and shoulder area which is great. I sleep with an aggressive cuddler and this pillow does create a little barrier to that due to its width and shape.

Amazing! Tried several different pillows this is the perfect one! Helps with neck and shoulder pain. Highly recommended!

It’s nice but if you’re a side and back sleeper the movement needed to get on the right spot is a bit of a pain

Best pillow ever

This is the best pillow I’ve owned. I owned one 15 years ago and like an idiot I got rid of it. Finding it again I’ve noticed the side support area is smaller than my previous pillow. However it’s not significant enough a difference to make it uncomfortable. This pillow has helped with chronic neck pain more than anything else I’ve tried.
