Damaged chair
The chair arrived with large scratches and gouges on the seat. The packaging was badly damaged. We had to pay a lot more for a chair that could be returned to Walmart (in reading reviews, cheaper damaged ones had to go back to the manufacturer), but it was worth it because Walmart refunded our money without any hassles. Too bad the chair was damaged. It seems like a nice, well built chair. But I didn’t keep it because it was so damaged, especially since I had to pay more than chairs that were equivalent on Walmart’s site.
