Not that comfortable and the child seat sits very far back placing a child in an awkward position while trying to use a toilet. The soft close feature is nice for saving little fingers.
Very difficult to install. Instructions were not helpful. Would not recommend this product.
Quality item. Solid materials for both big seat and kid seat as well as lid; no flimsy plastic. Easy to install with durable metal parts. Easy to use for kids and adults!

Very nice quality product. Installation is different than conventional seat but not difficult if you read the instructions. Only disappointment is arrived with a small chip in the paint on the underside. One star deduction due to that.
