Missing a position i like. For stretching and for massage I prefer my legs to be straight and not bent at the knee.

Charging cell phone is not working

Chair arrived broken. Titan tech support does not reach into my area. Titan is working on getting me a replacement chair and picking up the broken chair. There warranty office has been excellent in working to resolve the problem. The delivery service provided by Fed X was poor. Set up an appointment time for delivery. They never showed up nor gave me information on why they didn’t show up. Tracking said they were out for delivery but never arrived. They did not reschedule the delivery time. They showed up the next day and just dropped it off in the driveway.

Awful vendor

This vendor had the massage chair on sale. I ordered the chair and a day later they canceled my order claiming due to availability. The sale ended, it was a day sale, and suddenly they have 47 of the chairs at a regular price! It is mind blowing that Home Depot deals with vendors who don’t honor their sales and items. I am so disappointed with Home Depot, I’ll never shop there again!

This is the best massage chair anyone could ever hope for! Just like a professional massage but anytime you want! The shopping experience with Home Depot online was excellent, huge value and the delivery was fast and effortless!

THIS IS THE ONE!!!

After reading a zillion reviews and trying a bunch of different ones, we went with this because of the 4D capabilities and because of the built in screen pad. IT IS AWESOME. It is built for taller people, but my kids enjoy it as well. I like EVERY auto setting. It lives up to it's name because it is STRONG enough for those who like DEEP massage but it is easily customizable for people who like light massages. And only chair I've ever tried that doesn't over squeeze the calf area! It's a win.

This is our first massage chair originally purchased as a gift for my husband,who has a very strenuous physical job. However it is so amazing, I find myself getting more use out of it than him (even though I'm retired). I don't have anything to compare it to, but it is one of the best decisions made.

Fantastic chair

I love my beautiful massage chair! I’ve had stiffness and back pain for a while. My new Vigor Massage Chair helps alleviate a lot of the discomfort. It has tons of controls. I love the relax mode, and I use the heat controls to sooth my aches and pain. It’s better than physical therapy, and it’s in the comfort of my own home. I feel fantastic after every use. The beige one is a perfect match in the family room. It doesn’t take away from the decor. Glad it was on sale during the holiday.

This chair is an amazing part of our everyday! It rejuvenates and relaxes sore muscles with the variety of settings while being convenient to use. Highly recommended!

All the Right Features

I've been doing some research on massage chairs for quite a while. The features I was looking for are an SL track, enclosed foot message, zero gravity recline, blue tooth speakers, phone charger, and multiple auto programs. The large remote touch screen is easy to see and operate. I was also sold on the 3-year parts and labor, and an additional 2 years for parts warranty. If you're looking for a quality 4D massage chair, this is the one.

It fits in a small area close to the wall without sticking out to far. The massage part of it works awesome and having the speakers are very cool.
