I bought this standing light for my French country guest bedroom. It is outstanding. Very strongly built. It made the whole room look that much more well, French country! It was delivered in a very secure box, easy to put together, and it looked even better then pictured on web sight. So if your looking for a lovely standing light , this is the one!

I love the monochromatic look of this lamp. I was surprised by the beautiful marble base when I opened the box! The shade has a nice sheen to it, which gives the lamp a glamorous look. The combination of the marble base, satin shade and the matte stand works very well together. I recommend this lamp!
