Lamp FIne; packing not acceptable

Packing is absolutely horrible and will prevent me from ever purchasing again from Lamps Plus. Lamp body shipped in a molded styrofoam case that literally falls apart into a zillion tiny crumbs full of static. THey stick to everything and go everywhere and make the unpacking/clean-up process take about 2 hours.

Not what I was expecting

First delivery of item, bulb socket was crooked . Returned for replacement. The replacement arrived 1 month later with some surface blemishes. I like the lamp well enough but very disappointed to have replacement item not perfect, but not willing to wait another month for another lamp. Will keep. Just wish for the price it arrived in perfect condition. Thought paying more would mean that there was better inspection of items.
