Great quality for the price. Were very easy to assemble. Not my favorite color but neutral enough maybe a little wood stain will make them nicer. Will keep them.

Inconsistent Color

I ordered three. One appears like the photo — a very dark brown, leaning black. The other two are noticeably lighter. Not sure if I will keep them, although they are sturdy and comfortable!

Chairs were nice, I returned because of color being lighter than expected. Had delivered and returned to store without issue.

LOVE these stools SO MUCH!!! They are durable, sturdy, classy, & adorable. They look like a high-end, designer stool. I get compliments on them all the time. They feel so solid & look very well-made. Assembly wasn’t too bad. My teenager put all 6 of them together in a couple hours. Love them so much & highly recommend them!!!

Oye… where to begin? The actual color of the wood. It’s like they rubbed white into the grain and they just look bad. Just, bad.

Being mindful that photo colors do not always translate well online, I bought one chair before committing to having five shipped. The color is noted as brown. This MAY be true; however, be mindful of brown spectrum. A strong yellow base was seen in the chair I received even when not in the presence of other colors that would elicit such hue. Had to return; no option to do so at local store. Paid in $* range to return :/ Nice sturdy wood chair though.

Sturdy but faulty

This is a good sturdy chair that is the perfect height for my island, but one of the holes for the seat was made too small so I can't screw in one of the bolts. It still works fine.

Looks more expensive

Great stools with a hard to find color wood tone. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the placement of the bolts under the seat is difficult to tighten. They were packaged really well (flat pack with styrofoam) and arrived with no damages. Great value for the price.

Wanted to Love Them

Same as a previous reviewer.. the seat top "brushed" wood style is rough and if you slide on the chair you'll ultimately damage leggings, stockings etc..
