Great product. I like the multiple options this has. Unit was a breeze to install and doesn’t require much to setup. I used the recess mounting method and was 6 quick screws. From opening box to working was at most 30 min. Recommend this line!!!

We are very pleased with the Sideline Electric Fireplace. Haven’t installed it yet, but did a “dry fit” in the mantle, and put the fireplace through its paces. It works well and the flames are pretty. It’s also easy to open up to put the logs or crystals in. Intuitive to use.

Beautiful but app can be glitchy

The overall look is stunning. We are so very pleased. I love that the heating coil doesn’t glow red.

Very well made. So easy to install, put the bracket up, take the front glass off, decide on crystals or logs, put glass back on, hang on the bracket.It's harder to decide on colors of crystals and flame. It was a gift for my daughter and son in law, they love it.

We looked at a range of linear recessed fireplaces and this one worked for us. The flame is realistic enough and the price was amazing. Delivery was fast and we love that it hooks up to our phone and Alexa. The remote is a plus. Win win.

Had a carpenter build a shiplap fireplace wall and install this. The first one Wayfair shipped was refused by FedEx to deliver because it was damaged. It took a little longer to get the replacement but Wayfair shipped the replacement right away and now I have a beautiful fireplace! It has multiple modes and works with Alexa, so that’s great too! It comes with logs you can install as well, but I left those out because I just like the look of the glass rocks. We just added the mantel, also from Wayfair.

The fireplace looks amazing in our entertainment wall. My only complaint would be the fire crackle speaker but other than that it is perfect.

I am one to read reviews before I purchase anything and I will say after reading all the reviews, I was excited to get this. I am absolutely in love with this fireplace. I wasn’t sure if it was going to look too big for my built in but honestly it’s perfect! It’s so soothing to have on day and night. I decided to use the crystals because I love the simplicity of it. I really like that you have the option to change the color crystals and the flame. I would definitely recommend. It was really easy to install, the builder just framed in with measurement's and placed it right in !

I'm impressed with Wayfair's selection of items - from area rugs to furniture.

We haven’t installed yet but unpacked it and made sure it’s all working. The flame looks pretty realistic with the orangish/red flame color which is why we chose this brand! I love the addition of the wood insert vs the crystals but they were also included if we decide to change it out. The heat is comparable to a medium to large space heater which is a nice addition. Overall, this is a great fireplace for the price!

This item arrived with no damages and we are excited to get it installed so that we can build our large floor-to-ceiling fireplace around it and create a beautiful warm space for winter snuggling!
